Abstract: Disclosed is a shield wire for a wiring harness improving workability for wiring, and a method of the shield wire for a wiring harness. Forming of a shield part by winding a strip-like shield member outside of an electric wire allows work for inserting the electric wire into the shield part to be omitted, which improves workability for wiring. Forming of overlap portion where the shield part overlaps with each other in a radial direction allows the electric wire not to be exposed even if the shield electric wire for a wiring harness is bent, which prevents leak or penetration of electromagnetic wave.
Abstract: To suppress the generation of clinker so as to prevent the generation of a burning trouble, ceramic particles 30 are covered over a porous plate 4 to form a fire bed 3. Woody pellets 31 are scattered on the fire bed and combustion air is ejected from the lower side of the porous plate so as to burn the pellets. At the time of discharging ash generated by the burning to a secondary combustion space on the downstream side together with an air current of the combustion air or combustion gas, the ceramic particle layers and the woody pellet layer are stirred by a stirring section 21, 22 to thereby break clinker of the combustion ash formed in the fire bed, whereby the growth of the clinker is suppressed and the generation of a burning trouble is prevented.
Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to provide a vinyl chloride resin composition for electric wire coating, which satisfies abrasion resistance and cold resistance specified in ISO 6722 even in the case where it is used in a thin-walled electric wire in accordance with ISO 6722, and an electric wire using the same. In the vinyl chloride resin composition for electric wire coating of the present invention, from 15 to 45 parts by mass of a plasticizer, from 1 to 20 parts by mass of a modifier, from 0.5 to 20 parts by mass of ultrafine silica, and from 2 to 8 parts by mass of a fatty acid metal salt is blended with 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride resin.
