Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition for inducing direct conversion through oligomerization of CtBPs, and uses of stem cells treated therewith. Since the compounds of the present invention can induce transdifferentiation of adult stem cells into neural progenitor cells by regulating the oligomerization of CtBPs, the compounds can be used for inducing oligomerization of CtBPs or direct conversion. In addition, since ciNSC5 derived from direct conversion exhibits remarkable therapeutic effects in an ALS mouse model, an MS mouse model, a PD rat model, and a chronic spinal cord injury rat model, ciNSC5 can be used as a cellular therapeutic agent.

  • Publication number: 20230337774
Abstract: The present invention discloses trousers with a retractable waistband. With a width gap of a pocket opening, a part of an outer waist sheet at the pocket opening on a waistband is sewn with an elastic waist strap. The elastic waist strap is sewn above the inner waist pocket cloth. An elastic waist strap of an inner waist sheet and an elastic waist strap of an outer waist sheet are arranged in a left-right dislocation. Therefore, the waistband can be automatically stretched and retracted. Compared with traditional trousers in the prior art, stretching of the waistband can reach about 10 cm. The waistbands of the trousers of different sizes are only about 5-8 cm different. A spacing between an edge of an inserting opening of a pocket and an outer side seam of the trousers only is changed with different waistlines.

  • Patent number: 9051971
Abstract: An oil-mist-free and high-speed electric spindle of the present invention includes a shell, a stator and a rotator. Using a bearing provided on a bearing providing position of the shell, the stator and the rotor are separated by a gap and freely rotatably supported on the shell. A labyrinth sealing structure, which covers the bearing providing position, is provided on an outside of the bearing providing position. The labyrinth sealing structure has a channel which opens to an atmosphere. And a through-hole is provided on the shell, wherein one end of the through-hole opens to the shelter, and the other end of the through-hole is connected with the channel of the labyrinth sealing structure. And the bearing providing position is filled with a lubricating grease which is a total synthesis grease of polyurea that is mainly composed of a base oil and contains a nanometer anti-wear additive.

  • Patent number: 6450187
Abstract: A support structure for use primarily as a lightweight, portable, strong, and fracture resistant tent support and the like, and method for making thereof. The support structure includes a fiberglass core and a resilient outer layer of material that is at least 0.2 millimeters thick. Preferably, the outer layer is made of polyethylene that is between 0.5 to 0.6 millimeters thick, inclusive. In a preferred embodiment, the support structure is curved to conform with the shape of the tent it supports, thereby preventing the support structure from springing back when inadvertently released from the tent. More preferably, the support member includes a plurality of elongate curved sections that are detachably secured together to form the support member.
