    Abstract: Double salts of copper alkylphenolsulfonate and basic calcium are prepared by reacting copper alkylphenolsulfonate having at the para-position an alkyl group of from 4 to 12 carbon atoms and at the ortho-position the sulfonic acid group with basic calcium. The double salts are employed as the effective component of agricultural germicides.
