According to the present invention, the nozzle structure of the dispenser pump button is designed in such a way that an outer nozzle comprising a discharge hole forwardly moves by the pressure of the contents, and the contents are discharged through the space distanced from an inner nozzle, thereby preventing the deformation of a nozzle. Therefore, the inflow of air into a cosmetic container is blocked, and thus the deterioration of the contents can be prevented.
