    Abstract: A safety bottle cap includes a bottom cap body having a bottom cap wall that has a discharge opening, a top cap body openably connected to and disposed above the bottom cap body, and a safety mechanism having an engaging hole portion, an engaging hook portion engaging hookably the engaging hole portion, and a snappable connecting part that connects one of the engaging hole portion and the engaging hook portion to one of the bottom cap body and the top cap body. The other one of the engaging hole portion and the engaging hook portion is disposed on the other one of the bottom cap body and the top cap body. The snappable connecting part is snapped off when the top cap body is opened for a first time.

    Abstract: A fluid dispenser device has a container filled with two concentric squeezeable tubes that has two concentric threaded outlets. The two threaded outlets are secured to an internal cap that has fluid passages for both outlets and external threaded sections for engaging the inner shell and an outer shell. The internal cap also has two barrier members on its outer walls that engage with the inner shell's sliders that releasably engage the inner shell in its open or closed positions. The inner shell threadingly engages a conduit unit that when lowered closes the fluid passages with projecting stubs and when raised opens those passages to allow dispensation from the container. The external cap has internal splines that engages the internal cap's external grooves. When the external cap is removed, the internal cap is rotated which in turn rotates and raises the conduit unit which opens the valves.

    Abstract: A method for producing vapor-grown carbon fibers (VGCF) having a three-dimensional linkage structure is disclosed. The method includes directly delivering heterogeneous catalysts dissolved in a liquid hydrocarbon raw material into a reaction chamber so as to continuously grow vapor-grown carbon fibers having a three-dimensional linkage structure without additional treatment. The method adopts a fluidized bed method, wherein a raw material solution consisting of a hydrocarbon compound, ferrocene (Fe(C5H5)2), thiophene and an organometalic (non-iron) compound is vaporized by preheat. Thereafter, the raw material gas and hydrogen gas are injected into a tubular reactor and pyrolized to produce vapor-grown carbon fibers with 3-D linkage structure.

The continuous production system includes the reaction apparatus, a product collection system and a carrier-gas collecting system, wherein carbon fibers produced by the reaction apparatus fall into the product collection system, and in the product collection system, a collection bin full-loaded with carbon fibers is pushed out and an empty bin is pushed into the collection chamber under PLC control as well as atmosphere replacement with inert gas, thereby continuously producing VGCF.
