    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application is a blade and an axial flow impeller using same. The blade comprises a blade tip, a blade root, a leading edge, a trailing edge, an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper surface and lower surface are disposed opposite each other; the blade tip, the blade root, the leading edge and the trailing edge surround the upper surface and the lower surface, and connect the upper surface and the lower surface. The blade is rotatable about a rotation axis, the rotation axis being perpendicular to a normal plane. The blade tip comprises a blade tip base part and a blade tip trailing part, the blade tip base part being close to the leading edge, and the blade tip trailing part being close to the trailing edge and being bent upwards relative to the blade tip base part.

The lock mounting piece is provided with a lock used for engaging the lock receiving part on the filter fixing frame; the hold-down piece and the lock mounting piece are connected to each other in such a way that they can move relative to each other in a first direction, and the hold-down piece is used to hold down the filter; the push rod is connected to the hold-down piece and can pivotally rotate around an axis; at least one connecting rod is pivotally connected to the push rod and the lock mounting piece; the filter fixing device is configured in such a way that the rotation of the push rod relative to the hold-down piece may cause relative motion of the hold-down piece and the lock mounting piece in the first direction.

During a first operation, a first frequency adjustment amount of a corresponding variable frequency modular unit is determined based on the energy adjustment amount and an operating position of the corresponding variable frequency modular unit. During a second operation, a second frequency adjustment amount of a corresponding variable frequency modular unit is determined based on the energy adjustment amount and the operating position of the variable frequency modular unit. The first operation or the second operation causes the variable frequency modular units to operate within the load ratio range.
