    Abstract: A separable end stop for concealed slide fasteners includes a box which has a guide slot extending in a front wall of the box for receiving and guiding folded portions of two stringers, and a retaining recess formed at an upper open end of the box for receiving therein the whole of a lower end portion of a slider body in such a manner that right and left front wall portions extending on opposite sides of the front wall overlap the corresponding wings of the slider body. Each of the front wall portions has an upper end extension projecting from the open upper end the box to ensure that the wings of the slider body are overlapped with the front wall portions of the box. The box further includes a locking portion formed on an interior surface facing a box-pin insertion hole, and a box pin has first and second locking portions on opposite sidewalls thereof, interlockingly engageable with the locking portion and a partition wall, respectively, to assemble the box and the box pin.

The slide fastener also includes a terminal latch member mounted on the fastener element rows at their upper end for letting the slider move therebeyond and coupling the respective one ends of the fastener element rows to each other to thus maintaining the fastener element rows into interdigitating engagement with each other.

The collecting station is vertically movable by the separating lifter, and the receiving plate under the shunting station is vertically movable by the transferring lifter.

    Abstract: A surface fastener engaging member manufacturing method includes: extruding from an extrusion nozzle a predetermined width of molten resin; introducing the molten resin into a predetermined gap between the extrusion nozzle and a die wheel to fill up coupling element molding cavities with the molten resin as the die wheel rotates in one direction; continuously molding a multiplicity of coupling elements integrally on the front surface of a continuous board-shaped base layer as the die wheel is rotated; applying a porous backing material to the base layer under pressure while the base layer is moved in response to the rotation of the die wheel; cooling the die wheel to a predetermined temperature; and positively pulling the base layer with the backing material attached thereto as cooled, from the die wheel as the molded coupling elements of the engaging section are removed off the coupling element molding cavities.

    Abstract: A structural member is produced using starting powder consisting of composite particulates each containing AlN grain within its surface covered by an Al layer of a single crystal structure, and Al alloy particulates of a single crystal structure, and then by sintering the Al layers of the composite particulates with the Al alloy particulates. The Al layers and the Al alloy particulates of the single crystal structure have no dislocation fault, crystal grain boundary. etc., produced therein, and for this reason, they have a low chemical activity. Therefore, the Al layers and the like have a characteristic that they are extremely difficult to oxidize. This ensures that the Al layers and the Al alloy particulates can be reliably sintered to achieve the densification of the resulting structural member.

The secondary jet of cooling water impinges on initial zones of the transition boiling zone and the film boiling zone to break-out a vapor film.

As the rotary disc is rotated to a divided angular position, a slide fastener chain is conveyed along the extension of the chain travelling path, by a predetermined length at every injection molding by means of chain conveyer.
