The piston member is provided with a piston, a poppet valve, a piston guide, an air piston, an air piston valve and a stem. The air piston is provided with an inner tube portion engaged with the outer circumference of the piston guide, an upper wall portion having an air hole, and a sliding tube portion engaged with the large-diameter cylinder internally so as to slide freely.
