    Abstract: The present invention relates to a photovoltaic module with a cooling device and a method of manufacturing the cooling device. The photovoltaic module includes a photovoltaic module, a cooling chamber and a heat sink. The photovoltaic module includes solar cells connected to each other in series and in parallel. The cooling chamber includes an upper plate, a lower plate and a working fluid. The upper plate is attached to the photovoltaic module and has a flange formed on the edge thereof. The lower plate has a flange formed on the edge thereof. The flanges of the upper and lower plates are joined to each other so that an inner space is defined between the upper and lower plates. The working fluid is injected into the inner space so that a cooling operation can be carried out by means of boiling and condensing. The heat sink is in surface contact with the lower plate of the cooling chamber.
