Abstract: A tape mounting system for a foundation covering having an adhesion strip including a porous substrate material. The porous substrate material having a wall adhesion side and a covering adhesion side facing opposite the wall adhesion side. An instant bond adhesive portion is included on the wall adhesion side and carries a first instant bond adhesive. An adhesive absorbing portion is included on the wall adhesion side that receives and absorbs an adhesive bead applied to a foundation wall. A second instant bond adhesive is disposed on the covering adhesion side for engaging a foundation wall covering. The instant bond adhesive on the wall adhesion side secures the adhesion strip to the foundation wall until the adhesive bead is cured to carry the foundation wall covering so that an air and moisture tight seal is formed between the foundation wall, the adhesion strip, and the covering material.

A flexible polymer foam sheet carried on the rear side of the cover plate for conforming to a vent opening in a building foundation wall so that an airtight seal is formed against the vent opening. An upper retaining flange extending downward from a top portion of the interior surface. A first side retaining flange extending laterally from a first side portion of the interior surface. A second side retaining flange extending laterally from a second side portion of the interior surface opposite the first side portion. A lower retaining flange extending upward from a bottom portion of the interior surface opposite the top portion. A receiving area between the front retaining ridge and the upper, lower and side flanges engaging a rear side of the flexible polymer foam sheet compressed against the receiving area to be releasably carried.

Abstract: A crawl space winch system including a base plate; a winch box carried by said base plate; a winch mechanism disposed in said winch box and having a cable extending out of an opening in a front side of said winch box for attaching to an item; a winch drive shaft extending through a sidewall of said winch box and being operatively associated with said winch mechanism for retracting said cable; and, a primary anchor opening disposed in a generally central portion of said base plate for receiving a portion of a primary anchor to secure said base plate to the ground, and wherein said primary anchor provides a pivot point around which said base plate rotates.
