Abstract: The present invention relates to a wound dressing comprising hyaluronic acid-calcium and polylysine, and a manufacturing method therefor, the method comprising: (1) a step for adjusting each of the pH values of a hyaluronic acid-calcium salt and a polylysine aqueous solution to 8.4 or higher, and then mixing the hyaluronic acid-calcium salt and the polylysine aqueous solution to obtain a mixture liquid; and (2) obtaining a wound dressing from the mixture liquid obtained in Step (1).
