Accordingly, the user of the mobile communication device can acquire correctness of rehabilitation movements.

    Abstract: A method and system for transferring real-time audio/video stream (AVS) is provided. The method for transferring real-time AVS includes the following steps of: first, receiving a real-time AVS by a server; transforming the real-time AVS into a fragmented media data (FMD) and storing the FMD in a storage module of the server, wherein the FMD comprises a starting-point, an overall fragment information and at least one media fragment (MF); next, generating a segmented media data (SMD) by encapsulating the FMD when the server receives a playback command. The step of generating the SMD comprises encapsulating the starting-point and the overall fragment information into an initial segment information of the SMD. Each playable segment of the SMD has multiple MFs and a segment index recording segment order to indicate each MF. The final step is to transfer the SMD to browser software for playback.

    Abstract: An optical defect detection method and a system thereof are disclosed. The detection method includes a process of detecting an image of an optical film by an optical detector. The image is converted into a clean detection image by conducting the following processes: uniforming the brightness, enhancing the contrast, filtering off the noise, smoothing the image and binarizing the image. A relative relation between a pixel and the surrounding pixels of the clean detection image is converted into a spatial relation sequence model. The spatial relation sequence model is compared to the different types of the defect sequence model, so that the defect type of the optical film is identified as a point defect, a lack of material defect or a ripple defect.

    Abstract: A joint estimation and compensation method of RF imperfections in a LIE (Long Term Evolution) uplink system comprises steps: establishing a joint signal model with RF imperfections; according to the joint signal model, undertaking estimation and compensation of CFO, DC offset, multipath channel, IQ imbalance and shaping filter imbalance of a received signal; and using a frequency equalizer to equalize said received signal and determine modulation data. For reducing computational complexity, the present invention further converts the received signal from a time domain to a frequency domain to undertake frequency domain compensation. The present invention can indeed solve the problems of IQ imbalance, filter imbalance, DC offset, multipath channel and CFO and effectively estimate and compensate RF imperfections in the LTE uplink system.

In the heating period, the boiler unit further heats water coming from the solar heating unit and the first heat-pump unit to an exit temperature and stores water in the boiler unit and the electric heater unit so as to provide water to an outflow device. The invention integrates many water heaters in one system, so as to improve the efficiency of generation of hot water and achieve the objectives of energy conservation and carbon reduction.

A three layer cascade adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) based intelligent controller is proposed for the mobile wireless network to optimize the maximum average throughput, minimum transmit power and interference for multimedia call services. The proposed intelligent controller is designed with a three layer cascade architecture, which mainly contains an ANFIS rate controller (ARC) in the first layer, an ANFIS power controller (APC) in the second layer and an ANFIS interference controller (AIC) in the third layer. The design aim of the proposed three layer cascade ANFIS cognitive engine is maximizing the average throughput of the mobile wireless network, while minimizing the transmit power and interference power.
