Abstract: Method for transferring products from a manufacturing unit to a packaging unit, comprising at least the phases of feeding a determined quantity of said product coming from said manufacturing unit, preventing contact between the product and the external environment, inside a hermetic containment case comprising a sealing opening and, respectively, closing stopper, located in correspondence with a station for filling a first loading device, transferring pneumatically and along a first determined route said full case from said first loading device to a station for receiving a second off-loading device, through first sealed pneumatic transfer means able to connect pneumatically, preventing contact between the case and the external environment, said first loading device to said second off-loading device, off-loading said determined quantity of said product from said case inside said packaging unit preventing contact between the product and the external environment.

Abstract: A unit for discharging loose material from a dispensing device to a user unit comprises a discharge tube leading to the user unit and a valve element connecting the dispensing device to the infeed end of the tube. The valve element comprises a first annular element equipped with a shutter device, consisting of a first shutoff element and a second shutoff element connected to each other by permanent magnets, and a second annular element connected to the infeed end of the tube. When the first and second annular elements are separated by the operation of pistons, a gap is created between the two shutoff elements. A pair of concentric seals positioned between the first and the second annular elements isolate the gap from the outside environment so that a cleaning fluid can be made to flow into it.

Abstract: Apparatus for dispensing incoherent material from a container to an underlying user unit, comprising a conduit whose superior extremity can be placed in communication with an outlet of the container by means of a valve element comprising a shutter provided with a disk-shaped element and a screen associated to the disk-shaped element in a releasable manner by means of a plurality of permanent magnets positioned on the disk-shaped element and a plurality of magnets positioned on the screen and facing the magnets.

Abstract: A certain quantity of product to be dried, in powder or granular form, is sucked into a vessel located inside a vacuum container. The vessel is heated by a heat transfer fluid circulating in a gap made between an inner wall and an outer wall of the vessel. The vessel is made to vibrate by a vibrator so that the product comes constantly into contact with the heated inner wall in such a way that the product is dried.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for off-loading incoherent material from a container towards a user unit positioned inferiorly to the container itself, wherein the phases are implemented of connecting an outlet of the container to a superior extremity of a conduit connected with its other extremity to the user unit, to the outlet being associated a valve element and to the conduit being associated a plurality of shut-off elements mutually distanced along the conduit itself and each able to vary the amplitude of the passage existing inside the conduit itself between a condition of closure of the passage and a condition of maximum opening; placing all shut-off elements in the closure condition; causing the opening of the valve element; and of causing the progressive disposition of the shut-off elements, starting from the highest one and proceeding downward, from the closure condition to the maximum opening condition.

Abstract: In a method and apparatus for unloading fragile products from a storage container, comprising a step of transferring the products by gravity from a container to an unloading station below along a given, straight unloading path, a product interception device, with a given linear movement along the unloading path, intercepts the products and accompanies them at a first given speed to the unloading station, until a continuous column of products is formed, substantially extending between the container and the unloading station; then, during product unloading, the column is gradually shortened by raising the unloading station at a second given speed.

Abstract: A system for unloading loose materials from containers is fitted with a cartridge that defines a containing chamber for a tubular bag gathered in a resting position. The cartridge can be connected with an upper end to an outlet presented by a container to be emptied and the lower end presents a flange or cap that can be coupled to a connector arranged downstream. The system may also include a two-way drive mechanism for the flange or cap through a tube arranged between the container and the devices to be connected. The drive mechanism is designed to pass the bag, itself, extended in an operating position and to transfer the flange or cap outside the tube so as to allow the connection between the tubular bag and the devices to be connected.

Abstract: One or more powders are placed in a leaktight vessel (12) having a substantially vertical axis and comprising a bottom blade rotating about an axis parallel to the axis of said vessel, and a spheronizing tool (28) having a substantially discoidal rotating form; said powders are mutually mixed by means of the rotation of said bottom blade, and a binder solution is added thereto. The composition of mixed powders thus added to is spheronized by immersing said spheronizing tool (28) in said composition and causing it to rotate simultaneously with said blade (18).
