    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for the automatic prioritising and queuing of incoming communications. More particularly, although not exclusively, the present invention relates to a system and method that ensures that the next incoming telephone call, waiting in the queue to be answered, will have the highest priority and hence highest value to the recipient. The invention also includes software and apparatus for the automatic prioritising and queuing of incoming communications.
