Abstract: A cosmetic applicator is provided. The cosmetic applicator includes a flexible application member which is manufactured independently in a first shape. The cosmetic applicator includes a stem which is a cylindrical hollow body configured to receive the application member. The application member is configured to attain a second shape when constrained within the stem. The application member includes an elongated base member and an applicator head attached to a first side of the base member.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to an applicator system and in particular, relates to an applicator system capable of moving the applicator head in an irregular motion. The applicator system is provided with a mechanism that gives the applicator an irregular motion during usage thereby resulting in better application. The applicator system of the present invention is configured to move in an irregular motion that has no obvious pattern and may be used for cosmetic and care applications such as mascara application, scrubbing of lips, cleaning of nails, etc.

The wiper is fabricated from elastomeric material and comprises a plurality of collapsible members configured to collapse horizontally on an exterior surface of the wiper when under stress. The plurality of collapsible members also serves as locking features by which it can be retained in the container neck. The wiper of the present invention can be particularly advantageous for use in the field of cosmetics, especially fluid cosmetic products.

Abstract: The present invention generally is an adjustable applicator employed for application of a cosmetic or a care product such as for application of mascara, coloring strands of hair, for dental flossing or for applying pharmaceuticals or cleaning agents. The invention discloses an adjustable applicator comprising an applicator element having a bore, a filament wherein the filament is housed inside the bore of the applicator element and a clasping means wherein the applicator element angularly deforms when a force is applied on the clasping means. Also disclosed is a device for packaging and dispensing a substance comprising said adjustable applicator.

The wiper member comprises a housing wherein said housing is having at least one sidewall, wherein the at least one sidewall takes up a wiping configuration and a non-wiping configuration when a component is caused to travel through the housing. In the non-wiping configuration, a lower portion of the at least one sidewall is in an unfolded position and in the wiping configuration, the lower portion of the at least one sidewall folds inwardly upon itself into said housing.
