Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for facilitating a human-machine conversation for responding to a user query received from a user. The method includes determining at least one of a category and a context of the user query and implementing a first model and a second model for responding to the user query. The second model is triggered when the first model is unable to respond to the user query. The method further includes configuring one or more crawlers for accessing corresponding one or more databases of a plurality of databases for retrieving the relevant information and generating a second model. The method also includes enabling the second model to present the relevant information to the user based on the second model score. The second model updates the first model with the relevant information and its corresponding second model score.

Abstract: A method and system for determining sentiment of an employee towards an organization comprises extracting structured and unstructured data from one or more structured data sources comprising structured datapoints and one or more unstructured data sources comprising unstructured datapoints. The method comprises building regression model on the plurality of structured datapoints to determine a relationship of structured datapoints amongst the structured datapoints, creating a first profile of the employee based on said relationship, creating a second profile of the employee by selecting one or more words from each unstructured datapoints by using a prestored vocabulary, assigning one or more scores, corresponding to said words, in context of corresponding each of the unstructured datapoints. Method comprises generating a matrix based on the first profile and the second profile indicating sentiments of employee towards organization.

Abstract: A method and system for assigning and tracking progress of action items in a review meeting comprises extracting action items from a meeting document during the review meeting once the review meeting is initiated between the reviewee and the reviewer. The method comprises identifying reviewee content and reviewer content by using feature extraction technique on audio snippets spoken by the reviewee and the reviewer during the review meeting. The method further comprises determining whether the review meeting is a first meeting or a subsequent meeting, between the reviewee and the reviewer, for discussing the action items extracted from the meeting document. Based on the determination, action items for reviewee and reviewer are assigned and the status of the previously assigned action items of reviewee and previously assigned action items of reviewer are tracked.

Abstract: A system and a method for facilitating meeting content to be referred for attending a meeting. The system receives a current meeting information associated with the meeting. The system computes similarity scores corresponding to a plurality of past meeting information against the current meeting information. The system identifies a past meeting information with highest similarity score and a set of past service provider entities from the past meeting information. The system identifies a past skillset based on a set of past service provider parameters associated with the set of past service provider entities and correlates the past skillset with a current skillset associated with at least one current service provider entity to identify a skill gap, between the past and current skillsets. The system extracts and facilitates meeting content to the at least one current service provider entity for attending the meeting based on the identified skill gap.

Abstract: Methods and system for solving an issue in an infrastructure is described. The method comprises identifying (201) the issue based on monitoring of the infrastructure, extracting (203) one or more standalone solutions related to the identified issue from a repository, creating (205) one or more combination of solutions from the extracted one or more standalone solutions, computing (207) Multi Directional Truepath Discovery (MDTD) score for each of the extracted one or more solutions and each of the created combination of solutions, selecting (209) either a standalone solution or a combination of solutions based on highest MDTD score, and implementing (211) the selected standalone solution or combination of solutions.
