Abstract: A system and method is described for controlling a selected input object displayed on a screen using at least one object. The three-dimensional position of the input object relative to a plane is monitored. The position of the input object parallel to the plane defines coordinates for the position of the selected object on the screen, and the display of the selected object on the screen changes in accordance with the position of the input object in a direction perpendicular to the plane.
