Abstract: A coupling arrangement is provided with a vibration reduction device and with a clutch device. The vibration reduction device has at least one torsional vibration damper, an input connected to a drive, and an output connected to the clutch device by which a connection between the vibration reduction device and a driven end is at least substantially produced in a first operating state, and this connection is at least substantially cancelled in a second operating state. The vibration reduction device has a mass damper system that cooperates with the torsional vibration damper and is connected to the output of the vibration reduction device.

  • Publication number: 20130190134
Abstract: A method of adapting the characteristic curve of clutches in a partial dual-clutch transmission of a vehicle, for example a utility vehicle, having a first partial transmission in the form of a dual-clutch transmission (DKG) having a dual clutch (DK) that includes a first clutch (K1) and a second clutch (K2), which can be functionally connected to a drive engine (M), and a second partial transmission in the form of a main transmission (HG) which shifts with traction force interruption and which is arranged downstream from the dual-clutch transmission (DKG) in a drive-train. To achieve reliable and precise clutch control and a consistently high level of shifting comfort, the characteristic curve adaptation of the first and the second clutches (K1, K2) is carried out with the assistance of a pre-loading of the first and the second clutches (K1, K2), while the main transmission (HG) is in a neutral position.

  • Publication number: 20100300820
Abstract: A torsional vibration damper system includes a primary side and a secondary side coupled to the primary side by a damper fluid arrangement for rotation and for relative rotation with respect to one another. The damper fluid arrangement has a first damper fluid which transmits a torque between the primary side and the secondary side and a second damper fluid which is loaded when there is an increase in pressure in the first damper fluid. A rotary feedthrough supplies or removes first damper fluid to or from at least one displacement chamber of the damper fluid arrangement and a pressure fluid generation system for providing first damper fluid to be supplied to the damper fluid arrangement via the rotary feedthrough. The pressure fluid generation system comprises at least two pressure fluid pumps.
