Abstract: Disclosed is a hoisting carrier vehicle of replaceable batteries. The hoisting carrier vehicle includes a battery box whose cross section is in a shape of inverted concave font. The battery box is mounted by a locking device on the longitudinal beam of the carrier vehicle in a way of saddle. The battery box includes a battery and a battery frame. The battery box of the hoisting carrier vehicle in the application adopts an inverted concave font structure and the middle portion of the inverted concave font is connected to the longitudinal beam, which may effectively lower the center of gravity of the battery box. Secondly, an inclining prevention device is provided to prevent the battery box from inclining forward when braking, thereby to effectively increase the stability of the battery box. In addition, the battery box may be replaced quickly through the quick locking and unlocking of the locking device.

Abstract: Disclosed are a battery replacement device for vehicles, a dual-floating hoisting battery replacement station and a battery replacement system. The battery replacement device for vehicles includes a battery module, a first floating structure and a fixing device, the fixing device is used to fix the battery module on the longitudinal beam of the vehicle, the fixing device includes a fixing substrate, the first floating structure is provided between the battery module and the fixing substrate, and the first floating structure is used to alleviate a vibration amplitude of the battery module.

The drive synthesis box with multi-motors flexible torque includes at least two power sources and at least two reduction gear assemblies. Each power source includes driving motors for outputting driving force. Abstract: Disclosed is a battery replacement vehicle without intermediate transmission shaft, including: a frame, a front axle assembly provided at a front end of the frame and used for driving front wheels of the vehicle; a drive synthesis device including a drive synthesis box integrated with at least two power sources and an axle package assembly for driving rear wheels of the vehicle; and a quick-change battery detachably provided at a bottom of the frame and located between the front axle assembly and the drive synthesis device. In the present disclosure, the power source is moved backwards and infinitely close to the axle in the rear end of the frame, the transmission shaft used for connecting the electric drive assembly and the axle is canceled.

Abstract: Disclosed are a quick battery replacement system and a battery replacement operation method for a vehicle in a long-distance transport path. The system includes: battery replacement stations provided at intervals along the long-distance transport path for replacing quickly and charging a battery of a vehicle whose battery is able to be quickly replaced; a cloud-based battery replacement service platform connected to the battery replacement stations and the vehicle via a network for managing the battery replacement stations and providing services to the vehicle; and the vehicle obtaining distribution information, battery status information and service information of the battery replacement stations through the cloud-based battery replacement service platform.
