Abstract: A suspension system for a vehicle air conditioner compressor and a vehicle are provided. The suspension system includes: a plurality of rubber dampers a plurality of resilient dampers with a plurality of damper springs; a first compressor bracket connected with the vehicle air conditioner compressor through the plurality of rubber dampers; and a second compressor bracket connected with a vehicle body and with the first compressor bracket through the plurality of resilient dampers. The suspension system for the vehicle air conditioner compressor and the vehicle can solve the problem of low-order vibration and achieve more reasonable modal decoupling, thereby ensuring that the vehicle have better NVH performance.
Abstract: A torque distribution method for four-wheel drive of an electric vehicle, and a system and a vehicle. The method includes: acquiring the total demanded torque of a whole vehicle; determining a demand state of the whole vehicle according to traveling parameter information obtaining a first front and rear axle torque distribution coefficient according to a mathematical model of front and rear axle driving force when front and rear wheels slip simultaneously, and according to the total demanded torque of the whole vehicle; obtaining the front and rear axle torque distribution coefficient according to the first front and rear axle torque distribution coefficient; and obtaining target torque of front and rear driving system according to the front and rear axle torque distribution coefficient and the total demanded torque of the whole vehicle. The best road adhesion performance and the highest driving efficiency of a vehicle can be realized.
Abstract: A clutch control method, including: determining whether a current vehicle state satisfies a condition for a clutch to enter a sliding friction state; if so, controlling the clutch to enter the sliding friction state, and determining a target sliding friction rotating speed of the clutch; determining whether the current vehicle state satisfies a condition for entering a clutch torque deviation collecting state; if so, collecting a torque deviation once and storing the torque deviation; at an end of an adjustment period, accumulating all torque deviations collected previously and taking an average value according to an accumulation number of times, so as to obtain an average torque deviation; if the average torque deviation exceeds a preset deviation threshold, recording the average torque deviation; and if the current vehicle state satisfies a condition for entering a deviation applying state, adjusting a current clutch friction coefficient according to the recorded average torque deviation.

Abstract: Disclosed are a consistency evaluation method for a vehicle battery cell, a device, an equipment, and a storage medium. The method includes: acquiring vehicle operation data, and selecting effective cell data in the vehicle operation data according to a preset effective data standard; processing the effective cell data according to a preset cell consistency index processing method to obtain cell consistency index data; determining a total index deviation value of all battery cells in the current vehicle according to the cell consistency index data; and if the total index deviation value exceeds a preset deviation threshold, determining a consistency risk of the current vehicle.
Abstract: Disclosed is a hoisting carrier vehicle of replaceable batteries. The hoisting carrier vehicle includes a battery box whose cross section is in a shape of inverted concave font. The battery box is mounted by a locking device on the longitudinal beam of the carrier vehicle in a way of saddle. The battery box includes a battery and a battery frame. The battery box of the hoisting carrier vehicle in the application adopts an inverted concave font structure and the middle portion of the inverted concave font is connected to the longitudinal beam, which may effectively lower the center of gravity of the battery box. Secondly, an inclining prevention device is provided to prevent the battery box from inclining forward when braking, thereby to effectively increase the stability of the battery box. In addition, the battery box may be replaced quickly through the quick locking and unlocking of the locking device.

The includes when the temperature of an exhaust pipe of the hybrid electric vehicle is lower than a first temperature threshold value, sending a first work instruction; the high-low pressure conversion module outputting a first working voltage according to the first working instruction so as to start preheating of a catalyst in a three-way catalytic converter; when working data of the hybrid electric vehicle meets the switching condition, sending a second working instruction to make the high-low voltage conversion module outputs a second working voltage and stops outputting the first working voltage so as to stop the electric heating. According to the invention, two working modes can be provided, and the power battery can be used for electrically heating the catalyst in advance through the high-low pressure conversion module.
