    Abstract: A battery core connecting assembly and a battery are provided in this disclosure. The battery core connecting assembly is configured for connecting a core of a lithium-ion battery. The lithium-ion battery includes a top cover, and the battery core connecting assembly includes an adapting piece and a connecting piece which at least in part includes a single-layer structure. The adapting piece includes a first tongue and a second tongue which are connected with each other, the first tongue is configured to be welded with the core, the adapting piece is pliable at a pliable part of the first tongue and the second tongue, and the adapting piece has a multi-layer structure at least at the pliable part. The connecting piece is connected with the second tongue of the adapting piece, and the connecting piece is welded with the top cover at a position of the single-layer structure.

    Abstract: A charging and discharging assembly, a battery core and a battery module are provided in the disclosure, which are applied in a lithium ion battery. The charging and discharging unit includes a positive electrode plate including positive tabs, a negative electrode plate including negative tabs, and a separator for separating the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate. The positive tab at least includes a first positive tab and a second positive tab, and the negative tab at least includes a first negative tab and a second negative tab. The positive electrode plate, the separator and the negative electrode plate are stacked with each other. The positive tabs and the negative tabs are respectively shifted to same sides of the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate.

    Abstract: A case system for lead batteries is provided. The case system has an essentially six sided cuboid shape with two pairs of parallel sidewalls perpendicular to each other. Each pair of sidewalls defines two opposite surfaces of the essentially cuboid shape and further defines an interior volume inside the case system. The case system includes a further pair of parallel sidewalls, each of them perpendicular to the sidewalls above and each with a surface area larger than that of any one of the surface areas of the above sidewalls. One of the sidewalls is arranged as a separate cover wall for sealing the case system. At least one division plane is further included in the case system. The division plane divides the interior volume, such as to form a plurality of compartments, each for storing an electrical cell. All division planes are perpendicular to the cover wall. Further, an electrical cell, a lead battery and a lead battery layout including the above are shown.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a case system for lead batteries. The case system comprises of a one piece, essentially box shaped cell-housing part with at least 4 sidewalls enclosing an interior volume. At least one division plane divides said interior volume, such as to form a plurality of compartments. Each of the compartments is adapted for storing an electrical cell. The case system further comprises an access wall part with electrical conductor openings or terminal feed throughs and at least one fluid channel opening. Furthermore the case system comprises a closure wail part for sealing off said casing system. Each of the at least one division planes is essentially perpendicular to the same two opposite side walls of the essentially box shaped cell housing. The present invention further relates to a lead battery and a battery rack incorporating the above described advantageous case system.
