    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of microorganisms, and provides a Bacillus subtilis FNFH_BS06 and use thereof. On the one hand, the present invention provides a Bacillus subtilis FNFH_BS06, with a preservation number of CGMCC No. 24836, on the other hand, the present invention provides use of the Bacillus subtilis. The strain is inoculated into soybean meal for fermentation, antigen proteins in the soybean meal can be basically completely degraded, the degradation rate of glycinin reaches 95%, the degradation rate of ?-conglycinin reaches 90%, and the content of a water-soluble protein increases by 652%, such that the total protein content and protein solubility of fermented soybean meal can be significantly increased, and the protein utilization rate of the soybean meal is significantly improved, thereby improving the nutritional value of the soybean meal, and reaching a leading level in the field of fermentation of soybean meal by microorganisms.

The halogenated curcumin derivative contains mono-substituted or bi-substituted halogenated groups; the halogenated curcumin derivative can be prepared by a one-step method and used for photodynamic sterilization of aquatic products. The preparation steps of the present invention are simple, the reaction conditions are mild, and the prepared halogenated curcumin derivative has high singlet oxygen yield under blue light irradiation.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for determining the sealability of an oil & gas well sealant fluid, whereby a cylindrical cell assembly capable of withstanding high temperature and high pressure with an electromagnetic heater positioned radially outside the cell body while partly filled with the sealant fluid. A leakage assembly in connection to the cylindrical cell assembly allows the sealant fluid to continuously flow through a leakage element at a desired differential pressure, and the residual fluid is drained into said cell by a cycling pipeline system. The real-time pressure may be recorded and transmitted to a control system including data acquisition and control units so as to monitor and measure the sealability of fluid in the downhole leakage.
