Abstract: Provided is an application of a compound represented by general formula 1 in the preparation of a local anesthetic. The local anesthetic comprises at least a solid portion and a liquid portion that are separated. The solid portion comprises a therapeutically effective amount of the compound represented by general formula 1. The liquid portion is a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent. The solid portion and the liquid portion are mixed when the local anesthetic is used.

Abstract: A bottle and a bottle cap device thereof are provided. In the bottle cap device, the outer-cap outer ring is threadedly connected with the inner-cap outer ring, the outer-cap inner ring penetrates through the inner-cap inner ring, the lower end of the outer-cap inner ring protrudes for a distance from the inner-cap inner ring, and the guide tube is arranged to extend in the outer-cap inner ring. The distance is sufficient to allow the end cap to be connected with the lower end of the outer-cap inner ring in a releasably sealing manner, and when the outer-cap outer ring is turned toward the loosening direction, the distance is sufficiently shortened to allow the end cap abutting with the inner-cap inner ring; while the end cap is connected with the inner-cap inner ring, the guide tube is connected with the end-cap hole, such that a stockage space is formed.

Abstract: A disclosed are an acetylsalicylic acid derivative, i.e. a 2-(diethylamino)ethyl 2-acetoxy-benzoate hydrochloride crystal, and a preparation method and use thereof. The X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD) pattern of the crystal has characteristic peaks at the following 2? angle: 11.0°±0.2°, 20.6°±0.2°, 25.1°±0.2°, 8.2°±0.2°, 16.5°±0.2°, 13.4°±0.2°, 25.4°±0.2°.
