Patents Assigned to ZHONGSHAN GUANGHE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD
  • Patent number: 11787903
Abstract: This invention provides preparations and applications of a highly strong and tough photo-crosslinked hydrogel material. The hydrogel materials are made from the o-nitrobenzyl phototriggers modified photosensitive polymer derivative, double bond groups modified polymer derivative, and photoinitiator. This invention significantly improved the properties of hydrogels by controlling the average molecular weight (arm length) of photosensitive poly (ethylene glycol) (with o-nitrobenzyl phototriggers modification) and its derivatives, and the molar ratio of o-nitrobenzyl phototriggers to poly (ethylene glycol) and its derivatives. Compared with prior technologies, the strength and/or toughness of the hydrogels in this invention are increased by one order of magnitude or even higher. These advances solve the problems of weak mechanical properties in current hydrogel materials and widen the applications of hydrogel materials.

  • Patent number: 11117879
Abstract: This invention provides preparations, compositions, products, and applications of photo-crosslinked hydrogels. Component A—a photosensitive polymer derivative, component B—the photoinitiator, and auxiliary component C—other biocompatible polymer derivative each are respectively dissolved in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution A, solution B, and solution C. The solution A, the solution B, and the optional solution C are mixed homogenously to obtain a hydrogel precursor solution. The hydrogel precursor solution is subject to irradiation of the UV light for photocoupled crosslinking to form a photo-crosslinked hydrogel. The photo-crosslinked hydrogel exhibit rapid speed of photo-curing, strong tissue adhesion, excellent mechanical properties, good biocompatibility, and excellent clinical operability.

  • Patent number: 10294335
Abstract: A method for preparing non-free radical photo-crosslinked hydrogels includes: dissolving component A that is a polymer derivative modified with o-nitrobenzyl phototrigger in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution A; dissolving component B that is a polymer derivative containing hydrazide, hydroxylamine or primary amine in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution B; mixing solution A and solution B to obtain a precursor solution of hydrogel; under light irradiation, crosslinking aldehyde generated from the o-nitrobenzyl with the hydrazine, hydroxylamine or primary amine to obtain a hydrogel by forming hydrazone, oxime or schiff base, respectively. A kit for preparation and application of the hydrogel in tissue repair, beauty therapy, and cells, proteins or drugs carriers is also described. The method or kit can achieve in situ photo-gelling on tissue surface or in situ forming thin gel on wounds in clinical treatment of wounds.
