  • Patent number: 7211969
Abstract: A power driver circuit for a display panel. The power driver circuit includes a power controller, and a resident power system, which is coupled to an alternating power source and provides resident power for the power controller. When receiving an external on/off signal, the power controller will output driving signals to initiate or close the low-voltage power converter system and the high-voltage power converter system to determine whether a low-voltage power and a high-voltage power are output to drive the display panel. Thereby, when the display panel is in an off state, only the resident power system works. Thus, the power-saving demand of environmental protection is satisfied.

  • Patent number: 7183698
Abstract: A piezoelectric structure receives input from a voltage source to generate polarization and output voltage. Two surfaces are formed on the direction normal to the polarized direction. One surface has an input electrode electrically connecting to the voltage source and an output electrode to output voltage. Another surface has a ground electrode. The distance between the input electrode and the ground electrode is different from the distance between the output electrode and the ground electrode. Through the height difference of the two electrodes, the step-up and step-down ratio can be altered.

  • Patent number: 7126830
Abstract: A pulsating current inverter control circuit aims to convert AC power provided by an external electric source to a pulsating current through a rectification unit. The inverter has a control unit outputting an operation frequency to an actuation unit to divide the pulsating current to a plurality of electric pulse waves to drive a transformer to perform voltage transformation and drive a load. An inspection unit has a preset reference electricity value to compare with the pulsating current and output an activation signal and a deactivation signal to activate or deactivate the actuation unit. The transformer stops performing voltage transformation while the actuation unit is deactivated. Thus the transformer can output power to drive the load. The inspection unit can output a comparison signal to the control unit to alter the conductive interval of the operation frequency so that the inverter can output steady electricity in different AC environments.

  • Patent number: 7095637
Abstract: The present invention pertains to a method of determining a working voltage of an inverter, which utilizes a rectifying method to transform an alternating current into a pulse direct current, and then via a working frequency, divides a direct current cycle, which ranges in a lowest voltage–highest voltage–lowest voltage manner, into multiple continuous voltage pulses. The inverter receives each one of the multiple continuous voltage pulses and acts in response to each one of the multiple continuous voltage pulses and corresponding to the voltage cycle ranging between the lowest voltage and the highest voltage to output a variable voltage signal to a load. Thus, the working voltage of the inverter is analogous to the input voltage of the alternating current, and a power-factor regulating effect can be accomplished directly by the inverter.
