Patents Assigned to Zobele Industrie Chimiche S.p.A.
  • Patent number: 6446384
Abstract: An electric exhaler for the vaporization of disinfesting insecticide products comprises a heating resistance (R) and a refill of porous ceramic material (S) impregnated with an active substance apt to be evaporated at high temperature. The resistance (R) is apt to reach a surface temperature of at least 500° C. and the ceramic refill (S) is positioned in tight contact therewith.

  • Patent number: 5095647
Abstract: In order to keep flying insects, especially mosquitoes, away from people, an apparatus has been developed. The apparatus includes a box (A, A") enclosing a heat source (10, 50), provided with at least one vertically oriented flat wall (13', 53'), and a container (C, C') holding an evaporable liquid chemical product. A wick (14, 54), wrapped in an impermeable coating or sheath (19, 59), has a rectangular cross-section and penetrates inside the container (C, C'). A free portion (14", 54") of the wick (14, 54) is devoid of the coating or sheath (19, 59) and extends upwards from the container (C, C') with its largest side (14"', 54"') being disposed parallel to but spaced from the heat source (10, 50).

  • Patent number: 4467177
Abstract: A heating device included a body having a seat for the positioning of at least one heating support having inserted therein at least one electrical resistive element, the resistive element being electrically connected to the pins of a plug for insertion into an electric socket. The body is provided with a first slit for the positioning of a first small plate or tablet, containing evaporable substances (such as antifly and antimosquito substances), so as to bring it in contact with at least a portion of the heating support and cause the evaporation of the substances in the tablet at a high temperature (about 140.degree. C.). A further seat is also provided spaced from the heating support, in which a support is arranged for a second tablet (for example, containing deodorizing substances), which evaporate at a not unduly high temperature (about 70.degree. C.). The body provides apertures for the passage and diffusion of the evaporated substances.

  • Patent number: 4251714
Abstract: A device for heating tables containing an evaporable substance such as scents, deodorizers or insecticides includes an elongated heating support of insulating material having a planar surface and a longitudinal opening therethrough. The heating support is preferably T-shaped, the planar surface being the top of the T. The planar surface is coated with an enamel coating so that residue from the evaporable substances is easily removed. A cylindrical resistance heating element is inserted into the cylindrical opening, the cylindrical element being of a lesser length than the length of the heating support. The arm portions of the T-shaped support may be each provided with a longitudinally extending hole for limiting lateral transfer of heat through the support. Conductors for supplying electricity to the heating element enter the cylindrical opening at a point displaced from the outward edges thereof so that the outward edges of the heating support member is completely insulated.
