The annular space is evacuated.

Abstract: A stainless steel vacuum bottle comprises inner and outer bottles made of stainless steel, the inner and outer bottles being joined together at tip portions of their bottle necks to form a double-walled construction with a space between the two bottles, the space being evacuated. The vacuum bottle is characterized in that surfaces surrounding the space of the inner and outer bottles are provided, on at least the outer surface of the inner bottle, with an oxide layer and a silver mirror layer formed thereon.

Abstract: A stainless steel thermos bottle comprising inner and outer bottles made of stainless steel, the inner and outer bottles being joined together at tip portions of their bottlenecks to form a double-walled construction, the space created between the two bottles being a vacuum. The surfaces of the inner and outer bottles that surround the space are provided with at least one metal deposit at least on an outer surface of the inner bottle, except for a part or all of the bottleneck surfaces in the space. Abstract: A vacuum bottle container of the kind having an air pump adapted to feed air into the interior of the vacuum bottle to increase the internal pressure in the bottle, whereby the liquid in the vacuum bottle is poured without inclining or holding up the container. The vacuum bottle comprises a cylindrical body member, a vacuum bottle disposed in the body member, a hollow stopper having a downwardly-extending pumping tube and a transversely-extending pouring tube communicated thereto, and a hollow lid body pivotally mounted on the body member, said lid body including an air pump, a motor for operating the air pump, a battery and a switch connected in the motor driving electric circuit, the lid body being provided at its bottom with an air outlet, a vapor outlet, and a chamber communicated to the interior of the vacuum bottle through the air outlet and to the atmosphere through the vapor outlet.
