Abstract: The invention discloses a CU login method and system. The method is applied to a multi-platform interconnection and intercommunication VSS based on a structure of Wireless Mesh Network, the method includes: management information of a docking platform is configured in an access platform, and a shared channel is configured for the access platform in the docking platform; and the access platform acquires the management information of the docking platform after receiving a request of logging in the docking platform from a CU, and initiates a CU login process to the docking platform according to the management information. By the technical solutions of the disclosure, the CU may not only log in the local platform but also log in any platform in the system through the local platform more conveniently and rapidly.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a signal reception apparatus and a method for implementation thereof. The apparatus comprises: a personal computer interface, configured to implement the communications between a personal computer and the signal reception apparatus; an antenna module, configured to receive signals of a base station; and an antenna interface, configured to implement the communications between a terminal and the signal reception apparatus, so as to provide the signals received by the antenna module to the terminal. The present invention improves the signal reception effect of the terminal.

Abstract: An improved Eighth-Order Statistics (EOS) blind phase recovery method is proposed for high-order coherent modulation formats. The method combining EOS blind phase estimate with maximum-likelihood (ML) carrier phase estimate uses multi-stage feed-forward carrier phase recovery algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed new algorithm can reduce the required computational effort by more than a factor of 3 for 16-QAM system.

Abstract: A simplified coherent receiver based on heterodyne detection with only two balanced photo detectors (PD) and two analog-to-digital converters (ADC) is disclosed. The polarization diversity hybrid can be simplified relative to the conventional one. The detected intermediate frequency signals are first down converted to baseband with I/Q separation.

Abstract: Disclosed are an information transmission method, a packet data gateway, and a policy and charging rules function. The method includes: after receiving a Mobile IPv6 support for Dual Stack Hosts and Routers (DSMIPv6) binding update signaling, a packet data network gateway (P-GW) notifying a source User Datagram Protocol (UDP) port number of the DSMIPv6 binding update signaling to a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF); and the PCRF notifying the source UDP port number of the DSMIPv6 binding update signaling to a fixed broadband access network. The above-mentioned method provides the UDP port number for the fixed broadband access network according to whether the IPSec capsulation is performed on the user plane data, which makes the fixed broadband access network be able to identify the user plane data of the user equipment correctly and perform a corresponding policy control.

Abstract: Provided are a VOIP terminal and a ringing parameter setting method therefor. An application scenario detecting module of the VOIP terminal detects an application scenario of the VOIP terminal, and sends a detection result to a parameter matching module of the VOIP terminal, the parameter matching module matches a ringing parameter according to the detection result, and then a parameter setting module of the VOIP terminal sets the VOIP terminal according to the ringing parameter obtained by the matching. Manual setting according to experience is not involved. The set ringing parameter can better meet requirements of various voice user terminals under the VOIP terminal compared with an existing manual setting manner. Abnormal conditions that some voice user terminals ring briefly all the time, some voice user terminals are muted after ringing a sound, even some voice user terminals have no ringing all the time, and so on under the same VOIP terminal can be reduced, and user experience can be improved.

The method includes: an International Mobile Subscriber Identity, IMSI, automatic match function is enabled according to a user selection, IMSI information in a Subscriber Identity Module, SIM, card is read, the IMSI information is parsed to acquire Mobile Country Code, MCC, information; an MCC number format list is matched according to the MCC information to acquire and store a corresponding number display format; and when a user opens a dialling interface to input a number, the number is displayed according to the corresponding number display format.

Abstract: A local image enhancing method includes: obtaining a region or object selected by a user; generating selection parameters according to the selected region or object; enhancing the selected region or object according to the selection parameters, and generating an image of the enhanced selected region or object; or, sending the selection parameters to a peer end; the peer end enhancing the selected region or object according to the selection parameters; returning the image of the enhanced selected region or object. The embodiments of the present document further provide a local image enhancing apparatus. The embodiments of the present document may enhance the corresponding region according to the user selection.

Abstract: A method and system for controlling focus moving on a webpage is provided, which includes that when an end position of a focus after moving is inconsistent with a determined target position, an moving offset tolerance zone is determined according to an initial position and the end position, and at least one auxiliary position is set in the determined moving offset tolerance zone; the initial position is made to correspond to one or more moving paths generated by the focus moving instruction, and the one or more moving paths are set to comprise a first path from the initial position to the set auxiliary position and a second path from the set auxiliary position to the target position, and the focus is controlled to directly move through the auxiliary position to the target position of the focus. Abstract: A method and device for detecting images are used to improve a detection rate and accuracy rate of the image moving target detection, so that moving targets also can be accurately detected in a scenario with complicated illumination changes. Abstract: A method for performing digital predistortion to a microwave radio transceiver in response to an increase/decrease of transmit power level is disclosed. If the new transmit power level is higher than the current transmit power level, a set of digital predistortion (DPD) coefficients is applied to the transceiver before the issuance of a transmit power level increase command to the transceiver. Otherwise, a transmit power level decrease command is issued to the transceiver before the application of the set of DPD coefficients to the transceiver. Determining the set of DPD coefficients for the transceiver involves two stages: (i) calibrating the transceiver at a room temperature under predefined conditions and generating a DPD lookup table including DPD coefficients at a plurality of predefined temperatures other than the room temperature and (ii) determining the set of DPD coefficients for a given set of operating conditions using entries in the DPD lookup table.

The method comprises: when there is no data transmission between a User Equipment (UE) and a network, a network device deletes a radio bearer and reserves UE context information related to link restoration and a default bearer; when data needs to be transmitted between the UE and the network, the network device establishes a bearer connection with the UE according to the reserved UE context information related to link restoration. At the same time, the present invention provides a UE and system for maintaining a large number of connections.
