Abstract: A system and method for controlling subtitle switching through Bluetooth are provided. The method includes the following steps: a Bluetooth control device transmits a media control instruction which instructs a Bluetooth multimedia playing device to perform subtitle switching to the Bluetooth multimedia playing device after a Bluetooth connection is established between the Bluetooth control device and the Bluetooth multimedia playing device; the Bluetooth multimedia playing device performs the subtitle switching after receiving the media control instruction, and after switching successfully, it loads the subtitle file which is obtained through switching and plays after combined with a video stream. By adopting the technical scheme of the present invention, it can realize wirelessly and remotely controlling a multimedia player through Bluetooth to load subtitle files freely and switch between a plurality of subtitle files when playing a multimedia video file.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a coordinated scheduling method and system in coordinated multi-point transmission. The method includes: a central control cell of a region determines priorities of users to be scheduled in all coordinated cells according to user information from other coordinated cells in the region; the central control cell schedules users in each coordinated cell according to the determined priorities and informs a corresponding coordinated cell of the information on a user that is finally determined to be scheduled; and after receiving the scheduling information from the central control cell, the corresponding coordinated cell schedules a user in corresponding time and frequency resources.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for protecting security of layer-3 mobility user plane data in Next Generation Network (NGN), includes: performing authentication by a terminal with an authentication server; after the authentication is passed, obtaining a shared key material by both the terminal and the authentication server; generating, by the terminal and the authentication server, a mobility data security key according to the shared key material; transmitting, by the authentication server, the generated mobility data security key to a mobility data transmission module; protecting security of the layer-3 mobility user plane data, by the terminal and the mobility data transmission module, by using the mobility data security key. The disclosure also discloses a system for protecting security of layer-3 mobility user plane data in NGN.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method for handover based on a radio resource allocation database. The method includes that the radio resource allocation database is constructed and dynamically maintained; after receiving a handover request from a User Equipment (UE), a Base Station (BS) determines in the database a Radio Access Technology (RAT) and the corresponding carrier frequency resources suitable for a current communication condition of the UE for the UE according to a handover reason in the handover request, and notifies the UE of information regarding the determined RAT and information regarding the corresponding carrier frequency resource; and the UE performs QoS verification on the RAT and the corresponding carrier frequency resources notified by the BS, and switches to the corresponding carrier frequency with the RAT notified by the BS when the QoS on the RAT and the corresponding carrier frequency resources is superior to that of current communication.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for processing a measurement task in a carrier aggregation system, which includes: deleting all measurement tasks related to a source Secondary Cell (Scell); or deleting a measurement task related to an Scell in a deleted source Scell; or doing not delete a measurement task related to the source Scell when a source Scell is reassigned to another frequency having a measurement object, and modifying a measurement object corresponding to the measurement task related to the source Scell to a measurement object of the reassigned frequency.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and system for signaling configuration of a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH), the system comprises a base station and a target User Equipment (UE). The method comprises: a base station sends Downlink Control Information (DCI) to the target user equipment through a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PUCCH); and the downlink control information includes orthogonal cover code information and/or cyclic shift information for scheduling the physical uplink shared channel in the multi-antenna port transmission and/or single antenna port transmission. It is very adaptable and flexible to use the combination of multiple kinds of information to indicate the orthogonal cover code information in the downlink control information. The UE can obtain the orthogonal cover code information accurately, and the reliability of services can be improved.

Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving system information, wherein the method for transmitting the system information includes that a sub-frame used to transmit other system information and a sub-frame used to transmit system information 1 are arranged in different time domain. With the present invention, the influence caused by the re-transmission of the system information 1 on the other system information can be reduced.

Abstract: A method for processing an abnormality of an Application Server (AS) is disclosed. The method includes that: a Serving Call Session Control Function (SCSCF) sends an Accounting Request (ACR) message to a Charging Data Function (CDF), wherein the ACR message includes information of an abnormal AS; and after receiving the ACR message, the CDF fills a Charging Data Record (CDR) of the SCSCF with the information of the abnormal AS included in the ACR message. Correspondingly, a system for processing an abnormality of an AS is also disclosed. With the disclosure, a corresponding CDR including information of an abnormal AS can be generated in the case that there is an abnormality in the AS, thus enabling the accuracies of charging, operation and maintenance analysis and other associated processing to be improved.

The UE acquires color information stored in the UE or color information of an environment around the UE, acquires display color information of each color in the color information and information of three primary colors corresponding to the display color information of each color, obtains switching frequencies of Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamps according to a relationship between the information of the three primary colors corresponding to the display color information of each color and the switching frequencies of the LED lamps in an LED lamp group, and then controls switches and brightness of the LED lamps according to the switching frequencies of the LED lamps, such that a shell provided with the LED lamp group displays a corresponding color.

Abstract: The present document provides a switchover method and apparatus for multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) transmission modes; the method includes the following steps: a network side notifying a user equipment (UE) that one or more MBMSs will be transmitted by means of a point to multipoint (PTM) mode, then transmitting relevant information of the one or more MBMSs to the UE. The present document ensures the continuity of the MBMSs which are being received by the UE during the switching process from a PTP mode to the PTM mode, and is easy to implement and operate.

The method includes: allocating dedicated PRBs for UEs configured to transmit uplink control information using an enhanced PUCCH, which step comprising: taking the UEs configured to transmit the uplink control information using the enhanced PUCCH as a first type of UEs, and taking UEs other than the first type of UEs as a second type of UEs; and reserving a designated number of PRBs according to the number of UEs in the first type of UEs, wherein the designated number of PRBs are located between SR/semi-static ACK/NACK resources of the second type of UEs and dynamic ACK/NACK resources of the second type of UEs, and taking the designated number of PRBs as dedicated PRBs for the first type of UEs; and allocating orthogonal resources for UEs located in different cells among the first type of UEs based on the dedicated PRBs.

Abstract: A method, device and system for transmitting wireless data are disclosed. In the present disclosure, a local mobile terminal not only may exchange information with a base station, but also may exchange information with other mobile terminals by using a short distance transmission system of the mobile terminals, and transmit, by combining Local Area Network (LAN) communication and Wide Area Network (WAN) communication are combined, data simultaneously via an LAN and a WAN. A target mobile terminal may also receive and send data via the LAN and the WAN. The present disclosure can implement multi-channel transmission of wireless data, thus relieving network load greatly and improving the efficiency of data transmission.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a method and apparatus for binding a UICC and an MTC device to solve a problem of restriction to a binding relationship imposed by a life cycle of a pre-shared key Ks_local when binding of the MTC device and the UICC is implemented by way of GBA-U. With the disclosure, after a binding relationship between the MTC device and the UICC is established on the UICC, when a stored key shared by the MTC device and the UICC expires, a key Ks_local shared by the UICC and the MTC device can be re-established through a process of establishing the shared key Ks_local based on the GBA-U according to the established binding relationship, such that the binding relationship between the UICC and the MTC device is not restricted by the life cycle of a shared key Ks_local.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for controlling establishment of a local IP connection, and the method includes: when an access gateway determines that data or application of a terminal needs to be offloaded, informing the terminal that a local IP connection needs to be established via a mobility management entity and a radio side network element by a bearer modification, or informing a radio side network element or a local gateway of a routing policy via a mobility management entity. The present invention also discloses a system for controlling establishment of a local IP connection. The present invention enables the terminal to instantly acquire whether a local IP connection needs to be re-established, can realize dynamic adjustment of local IP data; meanwhile, the present invention can realize dynamic adjustment of local IP data and dynamic establishment of the local IP connection in the case of the local IP connection.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method, an application server and a system for privacy protection in a video call, which are applied in a video call between a first terminal and a second terminal, wherein the method includes: judging whether to perform privacy protection on the first terminal; and when determining to perform privacy protection on the first terminal, playing a substitute video in a media server as a video of the first terminal to the second terminal. Using the method, the application server and the system disclosed by the present invention when performing a video call between the first terminal and the second terminal not only avoids leakage of a user's own privacy and embarrassment, but also guarantees a normal operation of the video call, thus improving the convenience of 3G services.

Abstract: A system and method for controlling multipoint video conference, a video terminal and a central control subsystem are provided by the present invention. The system includes a central control subsystem and a video terminal at the conference place side, and central office equipment at the network side. The central control subsystem is configured to transmit a multipoint video conference control command to the video terminal; the video terminal is configured to transmit the received multipoint video conference control command to the central office equipment at the network side; the central office equipment is configured to control the video terminal of each conference place according to the received multipoint video conference control command. The scheme of the present invention maintains the good usability of the central control subsystem and guarantees the safety and the stability of the central office system.
