Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving interference control signaling in the wireless communication system is provided by the present invention, wherein the transmitting method includes: a base station firstly selecting SPI values of a part of sub-bands in a sub-band set in which the frequency reuse factor is Reuse=n>1 according to SPI value selecting regulation of sub-bands, then forming interference control signaling, and finally transmitting the interference control signaling to all the terminals under the base station through a downlink channel. The SPI values of a part of sub-bands may be either SPI values of kn?1 sub-bands in a sub-band set in which the frequency reuse factor is Reuse=n>1, or SPI values of sub-bands corresponding to Ln?1 transmission power levels in a sub-band set in which frequency reuse factor is Reuse=n>1. Through the present invention, the system overhead can be effectively saved.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for controlling failure recovery of Ethernet loop protection and an Ethernet loop node. The method comprises: when a node adjacent to a failed link detects recovery of the link, blocking a port just recovered, setting the port to be in a pre-forwarding state and starting a timer, and releasing the port temporarily blocked if the node adjacent to the failed link has not received a control protocol message sent by a master node during a timing period of the timer, and transferring the port from the pre-forwarding state to a forwarding state. The present invention allows a port of a node adjacent to a recovered link to enter into a forwarding state from the pre-forwarding state as early as possible on the premise that a corresponding control protocol message is unable to be received in time.

Abstract: A method and system for clearing log files of a service system are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes the following steps: configuring a log processing task item for each service of multiple services respectively; adding a log management task to a task list of an operating system; and the log management task clears a log file of each service in turn according to the log processing task item. According to the present invention, each time when a new service is added to a service system, or new log files are added to a current service, there is no need to develop a log processing module specially and modify the existing content about log processing, and test the log management module. Therefore, efficiency of development and testing can be improved effectively, and system update and maintenance be facilitated.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and a device for optimally adjusting the decision level of a receiver, wherein the method includes: monitoring optical power received by an optical receiver; determining whether the variation amplitude of the optical power is greater than a predefined value; if yes, then updating a current initial value of the decision level according to the optical power; obtaining an error signal of a transmitted signal from the output end of the optical receiver; determining whether the decision level needs adjusting according to the error signal; if yes, then further analyzing the error signal according to the current initial value to obtain the result of the analysis; otherwise, exiting the execution program directly; and adjusting the decision level from the current initial value according to the result of the analysis.

Abstract: A method and device for maintaining a changelog in data synchronization are provided in the present invention, in which the changelog is configured to record an operation executed for an object and is composed of data record items. The data record item includes flag information configured to uniquely identify an object and an operation type corresponding to the flag information, the operation type includes adding, updating and deleting. The method includes: reading, between two times of the data synchronization, flag information of a first data record item which is required to be added to the changelog; searching for whether there is a second data record item including the flag information in the changelog, and in a situation that there is the second data record item, setting the second data record item according to the first data record item. By the present invention, the changelog file can be prevented from continuously increasing.

Abstract: A handover method and a mobile station are disclosed in the present invention, and the method includes: the mobile station handing over from a service station to a legacy zone of a target station, and sending a first ranging request message on the legacy zone; the mobile station receiving a first ranging request response message, and acquiring relevant information of the target zone carried in the first ranging request response message; the mobile station switching to the target zone according to the relevant information. The unnecessary procedures in the two handover processes can be reduced and the handover efficiency of the compatible telecommunication system can be enhanced through above technical scheme.

Abstract: A method and system for supporting emergency service over a High Rate Packet Data (HRPD) Access Network (AN) and a Packet Control Function (PCF) entity. The method comprises the following steps: an AN function entity sends information indicating whether a user is using an emergent service to a PCF entity (S302); the PCF entity forwards the information indicating whether the user is utilizing an emergency service to a PDSN(S304). By the present invention, the problem that emergency services can not recognized by the PCF and the PDSN in current HRPD AN may be solved, thus the support of emergency services by HRPD AN can be realized.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and device for the bias control of an MZ modulator. The method comprises: during startup of an MZ modulator, inputting a linearly changing bias control voltage to the bias electrode of the MZ modulator and obtaining the output optical power of the MZ modulator so as to determine a bias control voltage corresponding to a preset operating point; then enabling a communication electrical signal to be input to the radio frequency electrode of the MZ modulator, carrying out an amplitude modulation on the communication electrical signal by a low-frequency sinusoidal pilot signal, and inputting the determined bias control voltage to the bias electrode simultaneously; and sampling the output optical signals of the MZ modulator, comparing the sampled optical signal with the pilot signal, and adjusting the bias control voltage input to the bias electrode according to the result of the comparison.

Abstract: A media negotiation method for an IP multimedia link is used in the process of establishing an IP multimedia link between a first entity and a second entity via an application server (AS) of an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS). AS sends the second entity an invite message, which includes media resource information of the first entity; When AS receives a message with media resource information from the second entity before an answer message is received or after it receives a response message with media resource information from the second entity, AS sends an IMS re-invite message without media source information to the first entity; the AS, after receiving the IMS signaling message with media resource information from the first entity, sends the first entity the media resource information returned by the second entity. The present invention is applicable to an IMS centralized service and may effectively reduce the number of steps and the time required after response for media resource re-negotiation.

Abstract: A method for intercommunication between a mobile terminal and a WiMAX base station comprises: connecting the mobile terminal with a WiMAX wireless data card via an interface (S102); obtaining configuration information of the WiMAX wireless data card, and fulfilling the logic connection between the mobile terminal and the WiMAX wireless data card according to the configuration information (S104); and using the WiMAX wireless data card to fulfill the intercommunication with the WiMAX base station (S106). Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for realizing unicast reverse path forwarding. In this method, an access equipment snoops into and obtains an announcement message from a router, wherein the announcement message contains address prefix information; the access equipment establishes a prefix table based on the obtained address prefix information, receives an access request message from a customer premises equipment, determines whether a source IP address of the access request message exists in the prefix table, and decides whether to forward the message to the router based on a result of determining. According to the technical solution provided by the present invention, the message from the customer premises equipment is processed through the obtained routing information of the router interface, thus a pseudo data packet can be filtered out, and address filter control is realized at the access equipment.

Abstract: A method for packet scheduling is provided by the present invention. The method includes: A. buffering a received packet into a corresponding virtual output queue (VOQ) according to a class of service (CoS) and a destination contained in a header of the packet; B. generating a grant for each VOQ respectively according to the number of the packets in each VOQ and network congestion degree, and distributing the grant to the VOQ; C. performing packet scheduling and dequeuing by each VOQ according to the grant; and D. performing a round-robin scheduling according to the priority of the dequeued packet, and then scheduling and outputting the packet. A device for implementing packet scheduling is also provided by the present invention. The method and device can realize distributed scheduling on VOQs, enable flexible scheduling, and save the hardware logic resources.
