    Abstract: A tie-down device for securing an object to a cargo bed comprising a substantially channel-shaped structure which removably mounts along a side of the bed and is infinitely adjustable therealong. The device includes a lower hook which wraps around the bottom surface of the bed adjacent the side, an engagement structure which engages the top portion of the bed to facilitate retention of the device on the bed, and a coupling which receives and engages a chain or the like to facilitate holding the object on the bed.
