    Abstract: The present invention relates to zebrafish models for Alzheimer's disease that allow recapitulation of pathologies associated with Alzheimer's disease. This invention also relates to methods for screening of compounds for their ability to modulate a pathology associated with Alzheimer's disease in vivo in a whole vertebrate organism. The present invention further relates to methods of identifying gene targets for compounds that modulate a pathology associated with Alzheimer's disease.
