Abstract: Using a centralized system, it is possible to allow multiple disparate health care providers to gain a complete view of data regarding a patient's health and health care. Data accessible through such a central system can also be made available for researchers after being de-identified. Data in such a central system can not only include data culled from traditional physical and electronic medical records, but can also include data from distributed diagnostic devices, such as fitness trackers and consumer diagnostic equipment. Such a central system could potentially be accessed through applications made available to patients and health care providers and, in implementations where they are present, such applications could also be used for other purposes, such as performing interactive health evaluations and making recommendations of actions to take to maintain or restore a user's health.

Abstract: In some aspects, the present disclosure provides a computer program product for assembling a database comprising electronic data modules, which may be electronic medical records (EMRs). The present disclosure can also be used for purposes such as implementing a system in which physicians and patents can be provided with applications that they can use to confirm that various disease related events have taken place. This can be performed using active diagnosis modules (ADMs) comprising schedules of events. These ADMs and their events can also be used to populate a database which can be used for purposes such as identifying, recruiting and tracking participants in clinical trials.

Abstract: In some aspects, disclosed herein is a device that stores one or more pre-recorded or dynamically generated voice commands that are capable of activating a virtual assistant via a voice-based user interface and causing the virtual assistant to perform a specific task. The device may be activated manually, e.g., by pushing a button. In some aspects, the device relieves a user of a virtual assistant of the need to speak a specific command in order to cause a virtual assistant to perform a specific task.
