    Abstract: A base station can support dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) between new radio (NR) services and Long Term Evolution (LTE) services. The base station can determine whether a NR physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) control resource set (CORESET) and a LTE PDCCH frequency range are partially overlapped in a frequency domain including a first frequency region and a second frequency region. The partial overlap occurs when the LTE PDCCH frequency range overlaps with the NR PDCCH CORESET in the first frequency region without overlapping with the NR PDCCH CORESET in the second frequency region. In response to a determination that the partial overlap occurs, the base station can map a NR PDCCH or a NR PDCCH demodulation reference signal (DMRS) to resource elements in the second frequency region, and map a LTE cell-specific reference signal (CRS) to a symbol carrying the LTE CRS in the first frequency region.

Firmware instructions can define data flow by reference to a virtual address space associated with pipeline buffers. A hardware interlock controller within the pipeline can track and enforce the data dependencies for the pipeline.

The single fold optical system may provide a long mechanical back focus without increasing the Z-height of the optical system. The single folded optical systems may provide reduced Z-axis height and reduced X-axis length when compared to conventional double folded optical systems with similar optical characteristics. In addition, the optical systems may include an anamorphic lens that is oriented to correct for astigmatism caused by surface errors of the reflective surface of the prism.

The input data of a large size is split into slices and each slice is again split into tiles. Each tile is again split into work units sized for storing in an input buffer circuit inside each neural engine. The input data stored in the data buffer and the input buffer circuit is reused by the neural engines to reduce re-fetching of input data. Operations of splitting the input data are performed at various components of the neural processor circuit under the management of rasterizers provided in these components.
