  • Publication number: 20210390028
Abstract: A system and method determines a unique performance benchmark for specific computer object code for a particular microprocessor. By generating multiple unique benchmarks for a single, same code module on multiple different processors, the method determines which processor is optimal for the code module. By generating for a single designated processor a performance benchmark for each code modules of multiple modules, where the multiple modules have a same/similar functionality but variations in detailed code or algorithms, the system and method identifies code variation(s) which is/are optimal for the single designated processor. The system and method may entail first extracting selected features of object code (as actually executed) into a code profile, and then generating the performance benchmark based on the code profile and in machine-level timing data for the selected microprocessor. In this way, code security is achieved by fire-walling the object code from the second stage of the method.

  • Publication number: 20210369116
Abstract: A wireless patient monitoring system includes at least one wireless physiological sensor having a sensing element senses physiological parameter information from a patient. A sensor controller is configured to determine a current parameter value based on the physiological parameter information and to compare the current parameter value to a prior parameter value. Based on the comparison, the sensor controller determines if the current parameter value is redundant of the prior parameter value. If so, then the current parameter value is not transmitted. If the current parameter is not redundant of the prior parameter value, then a wireless transmitter is controlled to wirelessly transmit the current parameter value.

Abstract: A method of processing ECG data includes generating a first feature set with a trained neural network using ECG data and processing a patient's ECG data using a criteria-based algorithm to generate a second feature set. The patient's ECG data is then clustered into a number of clusters based on the first feature set and the second feature set to generate clustered ECG data. The clustered ECG data is presented to a user via a user interface, and user input is received from the user via the user interface regarding the clustered ECG data. A feature vector is defined based on the user input and the feature vector is applied to at least a portion of the patient's ECG data to generate revised clustered ECG data. The revised clustered ECG data is then presented to the user via the user interface.

Abstract: A method and system for obtaining and analyzing ECG waveforms from a patient is disclosed. Initially, a recommendation for obtaining an ECG waveform from a patient is issued, typically from a cardiologist. An ECG recording device is used to obtain ECG data from the patient. The recording device generates patient identification information, time and date information and an initial analysis that are included in a log delivered along with the ECG data to an analysis server. The analysis server generates a recommended action for the patient, which is delivered to the recording device while the patient is still present at the recording device. The recording device can then carry out the recommended action and provide the results for analysis by the cardiologist. The analysis server can utilize artificial intelligence/machine learning to generate the recommended action for the patient without having to involve the cardiologist, thereby reducing the number of visits for the treatment of the patient.
