  • Patent number: 11188111
Abstract: A voltage monitoring circuit portion is arranged to monitor a negative supply voltage (Vneg) and comprises a negative voltage generator arranged to generate the negative supply voltage (Vneg) and to output the negative supply voltage (Vneg) at an output terminal. A capacitor is arranged so that a first capacitor plate is connected to the output terminal of the generator and to a reference node via a potential divider. The potential divider is arranged to produce a monitor voltage (Vmonitor) between the resistors, where the reference node is supplied with a positive predetermined reference voltage (Vref). A comparator compares the monitor voltage (Vmonitor) to a threshold voltage (Vref_low) and to produce an output signal having a first value when the monitor voltage (Vmonitor) is below the threshold voltage (Vref_low) and having a second value otherwise. The negative voltage generator is enabled only when the output signal has its second value.

  • Patent number: 11180858
Abstract: The present invention provides a gas generator, comprising a water tank and an electrolysis device. The water tank has a first hollow portion for containing electrolyzed water. The electrolysis device is disposed inside the first hollow portion of the water tank for electrolyzing the electrolyzed water to generate a hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas. When the electrolysis device starts to electrolyze the electrolyzed water, the first hollow portion of the water tank is filled with the electrolyzed water for standing at a full level of water. And after the electrolysis device electrolyzed the electrolyzed water, the level of water for the electrolyzed water filled into the first hollow portion of the water tank is higher than 95% of the full level of water. The gas generator of the present invention provides the design for saving space and nearly a zero gas chamber to reduce the possibility of explosions resulting from hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas.

  • Patent number: 11178646
Abstract: When beamforming (e.g., via a millimeter wave system (mmW)) is used for wireless communication, a base station may transmit beams that are directed to certain directions. Due to the directional nature of the beams in the mmW system, an approach to determine a beam that provides a desirable gain is studied. The apparatus may be a user equipment (UE). The apparatus receives, from a base station, a plurality of signals through a plurality of beams of the base station, each of the plurality of beams corresponding to a respective antenna port of a plurality of antenna ports of the base station. The apparatus receives from the base station a number of beams whose information should be fed back to the base station. The apparatus performs channel estimation for each beam of the plurality of beams from the plurality of antenna ports based on the plurality of signals.
