  • Patent number: 10259441
Abstract: The invention concerns an amphibious transformer vehicle (ATV) having flexible pontoon-skegs and a flexible frame allowing the ATV which carries passenger or cargo to smoothly transition between varying types of terrain and handle waves and uneven terrain. This vehicle is designed to move over water, snow, ice, ground, sand and other loose surfaces, as well as paved and other hard services as well as grass and light vegetation. It can make transitions between all the surfaces without need to stop or perform any modifications to the vehicle to transition between surfaces. This vehicle has advantages over other hovercraft and airboats that are designed with rigid frames and hulls. Based on a design using a flexible frame and structures that lean on flexible pontoon-skegs it can handle waves and obstacles without being damaged and it is not upset by a wide range of variations in terrain.

  • Patent number: 10245995
Abstract: A method for reverse maneuvering a flat-towed dinghy attached to a towing vehicle. A carrier includes a platform, two caster wheels, and a drag mechanism. The drag mechanism is configured to present greater resistance to lateral movement than the two caster wheels. When the front tires of a flat-towed dinghy are loaded onto a pair of carriers, the dinghy is maneuvered in reverse without the dinghy front wheels reverting to the maximum turn that is normally caused by the dinghy front wheel steering caster angle. The dinghy rolls onto the carrier when the flat-towed dinghy is moved in the backward direction. A chock or stop device prevents the front tire from rolling off the platform when the flat-towed dinghy is moving in the backward direction. The dinghy rolls off the carrier when the dinghy is moved in the forward direction.

  • Patent number: 10207761
Abstract: A fuel tank assembly for a motorcycle. The fuel tank assembly includes a fuel tank defining a fuel containment volume. The fuel tank has an upper wall. A fuel cap is operable to selectively open and close the fuel containment volume. A motorcycle accessory is attachable to the fuel tank via a connection structure including first and second connection portions that are complementary and inter-engageable together to positively define a fully-secured state. The first connection portion is secured to an exterior surface of the upper wall of the fuel tank, and the second connection portion is secured to the motorcycle accessory. The connection structure defines a finite position and rotational orientation of the motorcycle accessory upon relative rotation of the motorcycle accessory with respect to the fuel tank to the fully secured state.
