Abstract: Compounds of the formula: ##SPC1##Wherein R.sub.1 is NHR.sub.5 or OR.sub.5 where R.sub.5 is a hydrogen atom or alkyl group of 1-6 carbon atoms; R.sub.2 is a hydrogen atom or a CO.R.sub.6 group where R.sub.6 is an alkyl group of 1-6 carbon atoms; R.sub.3 is a phenyl group substituted by 1 or 2 halogen atoms or methyl, trifluoromethyl or methoxyl groups; and R.sub.4 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1-6 carbon atoms or a phenyl group optionally substituted by 1 or 2 halogen atoms or methyl, trifluoromethyl or methoxyl groups; and salts thereof; have been found to possess valuable anti-inflammatory properties. The preparation and use of such compounds is described.
