Abstract: The present invention provides a device for treating a steam wand comprising: a gripping portion having at least one tube configured to transfer a treatment agent; a ring portion in communication with the gripping portion configured to encircle the steam wand and receive the treatment agent, the ring portion includes an inner ring and an outer ring defining a cavity containing a corrugated sheet; and, a plurality of apertures positioned on the inner ring configured to present the treatment agent onto the steam wand.
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for network configuration management systems and methods. In some embodiments, the discloses systems and methods may involve receiving data from one or more nodes within a particular network. The data may include, for example, topology, telemetry, geographical, and other data relating to the nodes, the network, and/or the functionality of the nodes or network. Once received, such data may be cleaned and processing may be performed on the data. Such processing may involve clustering the data into groups based on various parameters and performing forecasting on the data to determine future usage rates and capacity information, for example. The clustering and forecasting results may be fed to a rules engine and/or an optimization engine, which may then determine appropriate actions to take on the network (e.g., changes to various nodes in terms of technology and/or number of nodes).
Abstract: A method of determining a focus setting for an image capture device. The method comprises, for each of a plurality of image zones: obtaining a first value of a focus metric for the respective image zone using a first image captured with a first focus setting for the image capture device; obtaining a second value of the focus metric for the respective image zone using a second image captured with a second focus setting for the image capture device; and processing the first value and the second value to obtain an estimated focus setting for the respective image zone. The focus setting is determined by performing a weighted sum of the estimated focus setting for at least two of the plurality of image zones.
Abstract: A digital compensation system for a radio frequency (RF) power amplifier module is disclosed. The digital compensation system includes an RF power amplifier having a first input, a first output, and a first bias input, wherein the RF power amplifier is configured to receive an RF signal at the first input and generate an amplified version of the RF signal at the first output. The digital compensation system also includes compensation circuitry coupled between the first input and the first output and a bias output coupled to the RF power amplifier, wherein the compensation circuitry is configured, in response to the RF signal, to generate or adjust a bias signal at the first bias input to correct dynamic bias errors caused by amplification variations that have time constants.

Abstract: An endoscope including: an optical filter arrangement having: a holder; and an optical filter having one of different filter properties in different directions or multiple optical filters with different filter properties, the optical filter being arranged in the holder to rotate about an axis of rotation in at least one beam path of the endoscope in a direction of light incidence in or behind an objective of the endoscope and in front of an image capturing unit or an eyepiece; wherein the optical filter arrangement is configured to change from a first filter property to a second filter property when the optical filter is rotated by 90° about the axis of rotation from a first target rotational position to a second target rotational position.
Abstract: A folding exercise rack system for providing an exercise rack that may be easily and compactly stored when not in use. The folding exercise rack generally includes a plurality of extension members pivotably connected to wall-connected mounting brackets. Upright support members connected to the extension members support a barbell and exercise bar. The exercise rack is pivotable from an extended exercise position into a plurality of selectable compact storage positions substantially parallel with and closely adjacent to the wall. The mounting brackets include a plurality of selectable connection points to determine how much space is present between the wall and exercise rack in the storage positions. One connection point allows a retractable exercise bench to be stored in the space between the wall and exercise rack. Mechanisms are provided for locking the exercise rack in a plurality of selected positions.
Abstract: A valve timing adjustment device includes a hydraulic oil control valve. The hydraulic oil control valve includes: an outer sleeve that is shaped in a tubular form and has a projection at an outer periphery of the outer sleeve; an inner sleeve that is located on an inner side of the outer sleeve; and a spool that is located at an inside of the inner sleeve. A reference-shape portion, which serves as a reference at a time of positioning the outer sleeve relative to the inner sleeve, is formed at an outer periphery of the projection. A seat surface of the projection, which fixes a vane rotor between the seat surface of the projection and an end portion of one of a drive shaft and a driven shaft, is shaped in a rotationally symmetric form that is rotationally symmetric around a rotational axis.
Abstract: A powertrain for a motorized vehicle includes a motor shaft connected to a motor, a first input shaft configured to be selectively connected to the motor shaft and provided with a first driving gear mounted on the first input shaft, a second input shaft configured to be selectively connected to the motor shaft and provided with a second driving gear mounted on the second input shaft, a planetary gear set connected to the first input shaft and mounted so as to allow power from the motor shaft to be supplied via a plurality of paths, a first driven gear mounted to a differential and configured to mesh with the first driving gear, and a second driven gear mounted to the differential and configured to mesh with the second driving gear.
