Abstract: A system and method for performing automated learning of an Internet-of-Things (IoT) application are disclosed. The automated learning is based on generation of application-agnostic events, allowing the automated learning to be performed without prior knowledge of the IoT application.

Abstract: Systems and methods for improved monitoring of content distribution are described herein. In some embodiments, control circuitry may transmit a video stream to a node, and compare a fingerprint of a first video frame transmitted from the node to reference fingerprints in database in order to determine a time offset between a transmission time of content to the node, and a transmission time of the content from the node. The control circuitry may then monitor a transmission from the node by transmitting a request, to the node, to generate a second fingerprint at a predetermined transmission time, the predetermined transmission time being a second transmission time of a second video frame to the node adjusted based on the time offset. In some embodiments, the control circuitry may also generate alerts based on determining that a node failed to properly retransmit content.

Abstract: A network management system (NMS) generates a hierarchical attribution graph representing different scopes at different hierarchical levels of a wide area network (WAN); obtains logical path down data indicative of operational behavior including failure events associated with logical paths of network devices over the WAN; obtains total path data indicative of a historical number of active logical paths between the network devices; and determines a scope of a logical path down issue by, for a time period of the logical path down issue, determining a score for each scope of the different scopes based on the logical path down data aggregated across the respective scope and the total path data, and determining the scope of the logical path down issue as a particular scope of the different scopes having a highest score. The NMS may identify the particular scope as a root cause of the logical path down issue.

Abstract: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for establishing a connection with a dual registered device. One method includes receiving a first request to establish an internet protocol multimedia subsystem session with a first device, wherein the first device is dual registered to: a first network access supporting 5G core network connectivity; and a second network access supporting evolved packet core network connectivity and circuit switched network connectivity, wherein the first device has connectivity to an internet protocol multimedia subsystem via either the first network access or the second network access. The method includes determining first information corresponding to a network access connectivity selected from the first network access and the second network access through which the first device has internet protocol connectivity with the internet protocol multimedia subsystem. The method includes transmitting a second request to a first network function to retrieve second information.

Abstract: A serverless function execution system enables fast, efficient and flexible deployment and execution of serverless functions. Functions in the system are stored as code at a location accessible by a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) or unique hostname. A combinatorial URL, the combination of the two locations, is utilized to combine specific code with a specific computation system to execute that code along with optional parameters. The system utilizes function isolation to prevent an executing function from being able to directly access or modify unauthorized data or processes external to the isolation unit.

Abstract: Described is a learning system for multi-agent applications. In operation, the system initializes a plurality of learning agents. The learning agents include both tactical agents and strategic agents. The strategic agents take an observation from an environment and select one or more of the tactical agents to produce an action that is used to control a platform's actuators or simulated movements in the environment to complete a task. Alternatively, the tactical agents produce the action corresponding to a learned low-level behavior to control the platform's actuators or simulated movements in the environment to complete the task.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, described herein is a system and method for use of dynamic templates with a network traffic flow information protocol, such as, for example, an Internet Protocol Flow Information Export (IPFIX) protocol. An exporter, that operates an exporting process, generates a capability message that indicates the network traffic flow fields that can be implemented and exported from the exporter (e.g., in an IPFIX data format), and communicates the capability message to a collector that operates a collecting process. The collector examines the network traffic flow fields identified by the capability message, and generates a dynamic template request message indicating (in the manner of a virtual template) a combination of fields for which network traffic flow information is to be provided. The exporter thereafter communicates, to the collector, data messages comprising the network traffic flow fields as indicated by the dynamic template.

Abstract: A centralized document system integrates online document execution and conferencing to control access to precipitant information. Precipitant information includes access codes, personal identification numbers, sensitive information, or any other secured information for which execution of an online document is a prerequisite for access to the secured information. The centralized document system detects precipitant information that is presented during a conference and controls access to the detected precipitant information (e.g., by generating permission rules that specify a type of online document to be executed to gain access). The centralized document system may determine whether a user has executed one or more online documents and thus, has authorization to access the detected precipitant information. If the user has not executed the online documents, the centralized document system can control access to the precipitant information by modifying the conference (e.g., using censors or breakout rooms).

Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media for triggering a session initiation protocol (SIP) re-invite message are disclosed. One example method for triggering a SIP re-invite message occurs at a SIP node. The method comprises: determining that the SIP node is not needed as an intermediary node for facilitating SIP communications between a first SIP user agent and a second SIP user agent; generating a SIP message comprising information in a SIP extension header field for triggering an endpoint to generate a SIP re-invite message; and sending the SIP message toward the first SIP user agent.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes an autonomous mechanism for implementing a flexible image repository that includes an image retrieval service and an image repository management application. The flexible image repository performs delta processing to provide a subset of stored images to a subscriber device when the image retrieval service receives an image update request. The subscriber device thus receives updates to the image repository in a manner that reduces bandwidth requirements at both the server and the client, allowing client-side images to be updated more frequently. A content manager may update the flexible image repository via the image repository management application, which tags images according to a naming convention prior to inserting the images in the image repository.

Abstract: A computing system may detect that a service, which receives a plurality of task requests associated with clients or profiles, is under duress based on performance information associated with the service. The computing system, responsive to detecting that the service is under duress, may successively, until the service is detected to not be under duress, select a profile based on a respective volume of requests associated with the profile, apply a task request limit to the profile, and detect whether the service is still under duress.

Abstract: A method for automated deployment of application servers in a contact center system according to one embodiment includes generating a deployment package for the application servers in the contact center system based on deployment sizing information and environment information associated with the contact center system preparing a temporary deployment server of the contact center system for deployment of software to the application servers, and installing the software to the application servers using the temporary deployment server.

The system includes a host virtual machine in communication with at least one of the first switch and the second switch. Abstract: A system to perform latency compensation techniques to facilitate synchronous sharing of video content during a communication session. The system enables video content that is being shared during the communication session to be played synchronously across numerous different client devices that are being used to participate in the communication session, notwithstanding variations in networking latency associated with the different client devices. The disclosed technologies provide improvements over existing screen sharing techniques which include continuously uploading streams of shared media content from a sharer's device and distributing these uploaded streams to other devices. For example, the techniques described herein enable a system to facilitate sharing of video content during a communication session without initially rendering video content at and simultaneously uploading the rendered video content from a sharer's device.

In various embodiments, a broker manager in each of a plurality of networks may receive a subscription request for a network device from a client device, each device being locally accessible or disposed in an upstream or downstream network. The broker manager uses its client broker to communicate with a locally accessible client device, and uses its mediator broker (and, sometimes, an intermediate device(s)) to communicate with a locally accessible network device. The broker manager otherwise uses its messaging brokers to communicate with control channels of one or more networks. Once subscription with the network device has been established, any commands and responses between the client device and the network device may be routed over pub/sub channels via the broker managers and their brokers using name-based routing, without routing based on IP address of the network device.

Abstract: Systems and methods may provide connectivity to client electronic devices in a wireless communication network aboard aircraft or in another environment. During initial client device association with the wireless network, captive browser use at the client device may be minimized by directing the device to a fully-capable browser. Upon association, subsequent captivity probes transmitted by the client device may be detected and handled so as to prevent undesired re-launching of the captive browser at the client device.
