    Abstract: A descending mechanised access ramp (D-MAR) system is provided for enabling independent access between a train floor and a station platform. The system comprises a substantially planar casing box mounted in the train floor and housing a hinged jointed sliding ramp. The ramp includes a plurality of side wheels configured to allow the ramp to slide within the casing box. A remote-controlled deployment mechanism is arranged to automatically move the ramp between a standby position within the casing box and a fully deployed position in which a nose portion of the ramp slidably engages the station platform. At least two mobile protection walls are positioned on the station platform and include tactile push buttons configured to trigger flashing lights arranged on bollards associated with the protection walls and to activate the remote-controlled deployment mechanism of the D-MAR system, thereby facilitating safe and assisted deployment of the ramp for passenger access.

The asphalt emulsion is prepared by mixing a first emulsion and a second emulsion and has a viscosity of 40 to 200 cP. The first emulsion contains modified asphalt, a curing agent, an anti-stripping agent, and petroleum resin, and the second emulsion contains latex, a fatty acid amine salt, calcium chloride, hydrochloric acid, a thickener, and water.
