A door is rotatably attached to the front of the body at a top of the front of the body by a hinge and when closed, prevents entry of animals, insects or blown debris. A ledge provided behind the door, so that the door, when closed, rests against the ledge and does not protrude from the body, protecting the door and sealing the downspout end cover against entry of insects and preventing detachment of the door from the body.
