Abstract: The disclosure of this application is directed to a composition, devoid of added mineral filler, comprising an ethylene polymer and an organo titanium chelate as a water treeing inhibitor. The compositions can be extruded about electrical conductors providing insulation thereon which is resistant to deterioration in the presence of moisture and/or an electrical field.
