  • Patent number: 10893135
Abstract: A method and an apparatus of data processing are disclosed. The method includes obtaining a message including a non-triggered event; determining an event type and a triggering time of the non-triggered event according to the message; and providing a reminder for the non-triggered event according to the event type and the triggering time, and/or controlling a state of the mobile terminal according to the event type and the triggering time. By determining a triggering time and an event type of a non-triggered event, a prompt may also be made before the triggering time even if a user has read the information. Alternatively, the user may also be helped to adjust the state of the mobile terminal to a state related to the event type, so that the mobile terminal is in a state required by the user during the execution of the non-triggered event, thus improving the user experience.

  • Patent number: 10885287
Abstract: An article management system includes multiple reader devices that read the RFID tags attached to the articles. Moreover, a central terminal partitions an article management area into multiple middle areas that are in turn partitioned into small areas, and then causes reader devices arranged in two or more small areas to work in a predetermined order for each small area, to read information of the RFID tags. The range of radio wave interference distance assumed for a reader device in a first middle area partially overlaps with a second middle area. Thus, when causing the reader devices arranged in the first middle area to work in order, the central terminal controls a reader device in the second middle area that lies outside the range of radio wave interference distance from a reader device working in the first middle area.

  • Patent number: 10872449
Abstract: A system and method for constructing virtual radial ultrasound images from CT data includes receiving CT data, calculating a gradient of the CT data, and obtaining 2D slices by interpolation in 3D. The method further includes calculating transmission and reflection values on each radial line away from a center of each 2D slice to create a lesion image, converting the lesion image to polar, generating random noise in the polar image, and adding random comet tails to the polar image. A background image is created by computing the mean profile along the radius from a series of polar lesion images. The background image is merged with the polar lesion image and random noise is generated in the background of the merged image. Density variations are simulated in the merged image and coordinates of the merged image are transformed to Cartesian to construct a virtual radial ultrasound image.

  • Patent number: 10841788
Abstract: The present invention discloses methods and systems for communicating at a cellular router between a first wireless communication module and a first subscriber identity module (SIM). The cellular router receives a first request from a first wireless communication module and encapsulates the first request in a first modified request. The cellular router then sends the first modified request to a first SIM card in a first communication apparatus and waits for a first modified reply. While waiting for the first modified reply the cellular router sends at least one halt message to the first wireless communication module after a first time threshold. After receiving the first modified reply, the cellular router decapsulates the first modified reply to retrieve a first reply and sends the first reply to the first wireless communication module where the first modified reply is a reply to the first.

  • Patent number: 10812026
Abstract: Envelope tracking can be employed to reduce power consumption of a power amplifier, but envelope tracking can introduce nonlinearities to a power amplifier. These nonlinearities can manifest themselves as noise at the output of the power amplifier. Embodiments described herein provide techniques for characterizing a parameter indicative of power amplifier noise when envelope tracking is employed. Measurement of this parameter can permit power amplifier designers to decide whether to forgo envelope tracking if a power amplifier is too susceptible to such noise, redesign the power amplifier to improve compatibility with envelope tracking, or to employ distortion compensation circuitry to reduce the noise output by the power amplifier. Counterintuitively, this distortion compensation circuitry may involve increasing the power, such as the envelope tracking power supply. However, increasing the power may be a desirable trade-off for increased linearity.
