Abstract: A computerized method and system for implementing such method, the method comprising establishing a card payment instrument account for an approved customer and an investment account for the benefit of the approved customer. A rebate is calculated periodically based on credit card usage and the rebate is applied to fund the investment account periodically. The rebate is the only funding of the investment account accomplished through the card payment instrument account.

Abstract: An automated priority right auctioning system receives and evaluates bid information records received from a plurality of remote terminals. The bid information records correspond to bids for one or more priority rights. The automated priority right auctioning system includes a memory storing a plurality of previously accepted bid information records, the previously accepted bid information records each including identification information, section information, quantity information and bid price information. The system further includes a central controlling computer operably connected to the memory. The central controlling computer is operable to first receive a message including a received bid information record from one of a plurality of remote terminals through a communication system. The received bid information record includes received identification information, received section information, received quantity information, and received bid price information.

Abstract: An automated event ticket auctioning system receives and evaluates bid information records received from a plurality of remote terminals. The bid information records correspond to bids for one or more seats within a venue and corresponding to at least one particular event, wherein the venue has a plurality of sections, each section having a plurality of seats. The automated event ticket auctioning system includes a memory storing a plurality of previously accepted bid information records, the previously accepted bid information records each including identification information, section identification, quantity information and bid price information. The system further includes a central controlling computer operably connected to the memory. The central controlling computer is operable to first receive a message including a received bid information record from one of a plurality of remote terminals through a communication system.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of creating, purchasing and selling the real estate brokerage commissions typically collected upon the sale of real property. A property owner sells, for a certain consideration, the assignable option to be the owner's broker when the owner decides to resell the property. The compensation paid may be in the form of cash or an equivalent incentive. The option has an expected return associated with it that will vary depending upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, the value of the property and the predicted amount of brokerage commission to be earned upon resale of the property. The option can be sold through securitization or some other method. The option can also become a traded commodity and form the basis for a real estate options and futures market.

Abstract: A data processing method for administering an annuity product having a guarantee of lifetime payments. The method includes establishing a charge for the guarantee of lifetime payments, determining an initial benefit payment and paying the initial payment to a beneficiary, determining a subsequent periodic payment, periodically determining an account value, and periodically paying the subsequent payment and reporting the account value to the beneficiary. A death benefit or cash surrender benefit may be provided, and either or both may be related to the account value. In certain embodiments, the account value is determined throughout the period between periodic reports to the beneficiary, and may be accessed upon demand by the beneficiary.

Abstract: A computer-based system is disclosed for creating a portfolio of assets and executing trades in the assets to modify the portfolio. An embodiment of the disclosed system includes a first processor interfaced with an investor's PC to select a plurality of assets to be in the investor's portfolio based on the investor's indicated preferences, to manage the portfolio in accordance with market changes and changes in the investor's indicated preferences, and to electronically place at least one asset trading order in accordance with the investor's indicated preferences. An embodiment of the system also includes a communication interface coupled to the processor and coupled to a plurality of other investors by which the processor electronically places the at least one order.

Abstract: A method for painting water base metallic paint on an object, such as the exterior of a vehicle, comprising the steps of painting such water base metallic paint on the object with a rotary atomizer to form on such object a coating of rotary atomizer painted water base metallic paint of a predetermined thickness and, thereafter, painting over such rotary atomizer painted coating, such water base metallic paint with an air spray gun to cover such rotary atomizer painted coating, and drying such coatings. One or more of such coatings may be painted electrostatically.
