The recycling light fixture includes the plurality of light emitting devices comprising light bulb/LED that emits light in all directions. The recycling light fixture includes a structure that captures the light emitted towards the fixture (the ceiling), generates electricity using the plurality of photovoltaic cell and feeds it back into the same recycling light fixture itself, thereby recycling the unused light and reducing the power consumption from the power grid.
