  • Patent number: 11868937
Abstract: A clustered application infrastructure troubleshooting system performs a set of queries on a database of infrastructure data to retrieve a set of metrics for each of a plurality of issues. For each issue, the system analyzes a corresponding set of metrics based on detection criteria associated with the issue to detect one or more issues. The system identifies a set of remediation steps for resolving each issue and infrastructure objects affected by each of the one or more detected issues. The system performs queries on the database of infrastructure data to retrieve a set of data associated with the affected infrastructure objects. The system generates a GUI with advisories corresponding to the detected issues. Responsive to the user selecting an advisory, the system causes the GUI to present the remediation steps and the set of data associated with the one or more affected infrastructure objects corresponding to the selected advisory.

  • Patent number: 11861661
Abstract: An auto-login system and process enable maintaining user accounts on a server without a user having to register or create a user name, password, or other authentication method. An account may be created without user knowledge. The server may transmit a content item to a target user, along with a link. A server identifies the target user from use of the auto-login link and collects interaction or “engagement” data while the user is logged in, to assess user interest in products, for example, a mutual fund investment product, which may be characterized by tags and/or categories. The system may quantify a product salience metric for a given product relative to a target user's interest profile to focus marketing efforts and support engagement with interested target users, especially securities funds and financial advisors.

  • Patent number: 11861693
Abstract: A system for detects and manages recurring transactions incurred by members of a client organization. The system includes a computing server that is configured to classify named entities into a category of transacting named entities. For example, the computing server classifies a list of named entities that offer subscription services and hence, create recurring transactions with the client organization. The computing server receives transaction data and determines that a target transacting named entity extracted from the received data belongs to the category (e.g., there is a named entity in the received transaction data that has sold a service to the client organization more than once). The computing server may then determine the presence and frequency of a subscription transaction series in the received transaction data, and cause a predicted a timing of an upcoming transaction in the subscription transaction series to be displayed in a graphical user interface (GUI).

  • Patent number: 11854105
Abstract: A system is described herein that facilitates the easy scheduling and conducting of prison visitations. The system provides a remotely-accessible means for visitors to authenticate themselves, check the availability of those they wish to visit, and schedule a visit with that individual. As part of this process, the system tracks the availability of prison inmates as well as the devices and visit sites that are available to those inmates. In this manner, the system can quickly identify the availability of different inmates in order to provide on-demand scheduling capabilities to potential visitors. The system is connected to multiple facilities as well as public networks, and therefore can be remotely accessed. Additionally, the system also functions to monitor visits while they are in progress, as well as to store visit recordings for future review. Because the system is networked, remote monitors can access the review system in order to monitor visits or review recordings.

  • Patent number: 11836663
Abstract: Techniques are described for cognitive defined network management (CDNM) that seek to perform real-time collection and analysis of raw network data from across a disaggregated wireless network and to dynamically orchestrate network management functions substantially in real time, accordingly. For example, a multi-modal artificial intelligence (AI) engine is trained to normalize the heterogeneous raw network data into homogeneous so-called “golden record data.” A repository of historical golden records can be maintained for generating data models for use in training AI network management applications. An orchestrator can operate to directing execution of pre-developed network management workflows based on results obtained from querying the trained AI network management applications with newly received (real-time) golden records.

  • Patent number: 11810215
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method for public housing evaluation including a computer-implemented public housing evaluation unit that receives survey data from a remotely connected survey device. The survey data comprises information about the physical environment of one or more public housing residents that is used to create a digital public housing environment profile for each survey participant. A plurality of digital public housing environment profiles may be statistically analyzed to create a public housing index identifying interrelationships among physical environment and demographic data in the digital public housing environment profiles. Public housing authority computers may access and view the public housing index to determine whether actions may be taken that may improve a public housing resident's physical environment and/or likelihood that they may successfully transition out of public housing.

  • Patent number: 11803795
Abstract: A work assist device includes a work burden degree evaluation unit, an improvement measures storage, a simulation unit, and an improvement measures determination unit. The work burden degree evaluation unit evaluates a work burden degree indicating a degree of burden imposed on an operator due to work from operator information and production facility information. The operator information is information related to the operator performing the work in cooperation with a production facility. The improvement measures storage stores improvement measures for improving the work burden degree. The simulation unit performs simulation of estimating an estimated improvement effect indicating a degree of improvement of the work burden degree when the improvement measures are applied. The improvement measures determination unit determines application improvement measures to be applied to at least one of the operator and the production facility from the improvement measures, based on the estimated improvement effect.

  • Patent number: 11797871
Abstract: To identify the sweet spot for criteria attributes (i.e., variables) within a complex system, a data source having objectively acceptable values or ranges of values for the criteria attributes for each variant of the system is generated. The identification system used to analyze the complex system to identify the sweet spot receives measurement values from a testing system that measures values of the criteria attributes from variants of the complex system and provides the measurement values to the identification system. The criteria attributes may be prioritized for determination of the sweet spot, including a selection of a value or range of values that are to be used for the most highly prioritized criteria attribute. The prioritized criteria attributes and objectively acceptable values can be used to filter the measurement values to identify the sweet spot for the variants of the complex system.
