Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for group identification and content delivery. In accordance with one implementation, a computer-implemented method is provided that includes operations performed by at least one processor. The operations of the method include generating, based on identification data, an identification profile for each member of a set of members, the set of members being associated with a viewing group. The set of members may comprise all of the members of the viewing group or any subset of the members of the viewing group. The operations also include determining an individual score for each member of the set of members for each media file of a plurality of available media files based on the corresponding identification profile. Additionally, the operations include determining a group score for each of the plurality of available media files based on the corresponding individual score of each member.

Abstract: A robotic operations control system enables seamless distribution of tasks among a blended workforce that includes human employees and robot assistants. The robot assistants include an intelligent billing assistant (IBA), an intelligent collections assistant (iNCA), a dispute resolution assistant (DRA) and a cash processor. Each of the assistants includes a workflow manager that receives work items to be processed by the robot assistant based on the priority levels assigned to the work items. The IBA includes a dispute prediction model that predicts the likelihood of dispute for a work item and automatically generates a customized checklist. The iNCA includes an AI prioritizing assistant that identifies priorities for work items to be processed. The DRA includes an AI assisted investigator that expedites investigations of disputes by proactively gathering information for a human employee to review and mark the dispute as valid, invalid or for query.

Abstract: A storage medium having software instructions configured to cause a processor to receive a series of user preferences, a user's requested dates of availability, transmit a request for tattoo service providers matching the series of user preferences, and receive a series of tattoo service providers matching the user preferences. The instructions are also configured to cause the processor to display an image of a map including the user's desired geographic location, and to display the series of tattoo service providers with a series of visual indicia. The series of visual indicia are overlaid on the image of the map based on geographic coordinates of the series of tattoo service providers.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method according to one embodiment includes receiving historical sales data, transforming a nonlinear, non-convex optimization model for weighting optimization into a linear optimization model, determining a number of historical periods of the historical sales data and weights to be applied to a historical conversion rate and a historical growth rate for the number of historical periods of the historical sales data, utilizing the nonlinear, non-convex optimization model or the linear optimization model, predicting a future optimal conversion rate and a future optimal growth rate by applying the weights to the historical conversion rate and the historical growth rate for the number of historical periods of the historical sales data, and applying the future optimal growth rate and the future optimal conversion rate to current sales pipeline data to determine future sales data.

The device may cause a social intervention recommendation to be implemented for the first client device. The device may cause, after causing the social intervention recommendation to be implemented for the first client device, at least one of: a set of communications to be directed from the first client device to the second client device via a set of social channels, or information associated with the gamification module to be updated for display via the first client device.

Abstract: Embodiments of vehicle data systems for use in distributed computer network are disclosed. Particular embodiments may determine and enhance vehicle data from various data sources distributed across the computer network, and utilize the enhanced vehicle data in the determination of normalization metrics that account for geography and population density or spatial behavioral patterns. Embodiments may utilize these normalization metrics to determine or predict one or more metrics about participants in a network.

Abstract: A server, with access to information about the spending of consumers, is operative to register when any of the consumers develops a new payment channel which is not tracked by a payment network. In respect of such consumers, the server automatically analyses the tracked spending behavior of the consumers before and after the new spending channel is opened, to identify differences between the spending behavior before and afterwards. By aggregating this information among multiple consumers, and multiple merchant classes, the server obtains data characterizing consumer spending using the new payment channel.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments illustrate a method for real time management of transportation services. The method includes determining a discrete control process with respect to a plurality of states of a vehicle. Each state in the plurality of states corresponds to a station and a count of vacant seats in the vehicle at the station. A set of rules is generated to maximize a key performance parameter of the vehicle, based on at least the determined discrete control process. A valuation parameter is determined, in real time, for one or more vacant seats in the vehicle at each of one or more subsequent stations based on the generated set of rules. The determined valuation parameter for the one or more vacant seats corresponding to each of the one or more subsequent stations is transmitted to a plurality of mobile computing devices associated with a plurality of commuters.

Abstract: A system and method of managing and prioritizing tasks amongst resources and, more particularly, to a system and method for providing automatic task assignment and notification amongst globally dispersed human resources. The system includes a change of management application configured to store a list of tasks and a task notifier configured to retrieve a list of geographically-dispersed resources and notify selected ones of the geographically-dispersed resources of a priority of completion of one or more tasks retrieved from the change of management application. The system further includes a message application configured to be polled by the task notifier to determine which of the geographically dispersed resources is online or currently working.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with generating a price schedule are described. An inventory quantity for the item is allocated amongst a plurality of customer segments based on a predicted contribution of each customer segment to the objective function. For each customer segment, based on a quantity of inventory allocated to the customer segment, a promotion portion of the price schedule is determined that maximizes the objective function. Remaining inventory allocated to the plurality of customer segments at the end of the regular season is aggregated. Based on the aggregated inventory, a markdown portion of the price schedule for the item is determined that maximizes the objective function. The promotion portion and the markdown portion are combined to create a price schedule for the item. In one embodiment, a price schedule may be generated that includes promotions on top of markdown prices during the clearance season.

Abstract: Approaches for displaying a user interface including a map based on interaction data are disclosed. A set of interaction data and can be acquired and stored in a data structure. This data can be associated with a plurality of consuming entities that may have purchased something during these interactions. A set of provisioning entities can be determined based on spending or purchasing habits of the consuming entities. Based on this set of provisioning entities, a user interface can be generated which may include various shapes similar to a heat map. These shapes can indicate an average amount spent in a particular neighborhood, among other attributes.

Abstract: A system and method for on demand test drives that can include managing a set of vehicle and worker resources in a resource management system; monitoring user browsing patterns of a customer on an online vehicle marketplace; receiving a test drive request from the customer, the request specifying a requested vehicle and test drive location; retrieving test drive availability options from the resource management system; setting a test drive appointment for a selected test drive availability option; coordinating worker and vehicle transport to a scheduled location of the test drive appointment; and delivering vehicle information during the test drive appointment.

Abstract: A determination is produced as to the number of leads that can be provided from a system to a target business entity, wherein the leads are generated from a plurality of platforms. The platforms may include platforms that comprise system sources for leads, i.e., sources that are internal or organic to the system, for which it is unnecessary to pay third parties for the leads. The platforms may also include platforms that comprise external sources for leads, such that the leads must be purchased from the external sources. In response to parameters related to the target business entity, an estimated number of leads per unit time is generated for a range of payments to the system by the target business entity. The number of leads to be originated from each of the respective platforms is determined by business rules preferences, which may be specified by the target business entity.

Abstract: In accordance with disclosed embodiments, there are provided methods, systems, and apparatuses for implementing cross-organizational processing of business intelligence metrics including, for example, means for scheduling a time for metrics collection from databases of a host organization; generating one or more messages and associated parameters to implement the metrics collection at the host organization; enqueuing the one or more messages and associated parameters for processing by the host organization; dequeuing the one or more messages and associated parameters into the host organization for processing, wherein the processing is to output the metrics collection into an intermediate table; capturing the metrics collection output via the processing at the intermediate table; and exposing the intermediate table to metrics queries. Abstract: A risk exposure model is developed for network or moveable assets not specific to a single, fixed address or location. An asset map using a plurality of geographic representation points is used to identify the physical locations of the asset portions (or possible physical locations in the case of a moveable asset). Baseline geographic, geologic, political, and demographic data is similarly represented using geographic representation points. Meta-data associated with each geographic representation point is used to identify details related to the asset or baseline feature at that geographic location. Risk exposure values are then calculated using the geographic representation points specific to the asset portions that are subject to risks associated with the location of the asset portion.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure include systems and methods for analyzing network management using customer provided information. A system comprises a computer having a processor and a memory; and an application stored in the memory that, when executed by the processor, identifies a plurality of customer sites; receives customer input information for each of the customer sites, wherein input information includes a priority level for the customer site, a number of employees at the customer site, a type of customer site, services provided by the customer site, and the redundancy of the services provided by the customer site; monitors the performance of each of the customer sites and service to each of the customer sites; determines one or more trouble tickets for each of the customer sites based on issues in the monitored performance for each of the customer sites; and prioritizes the trouble tickets based on the customer input information.

Abstract: A method and system for in-game calendar-based item promotion for use by groups of users in the game, such as alliances. The users have a shared calendar in which dates and times are scheduled for group activities and additional relevant information may be entered. The system and method include ways of identifying scheduled dates and times and activities and promoting items which may be helpful for the scheduled activities. The users are encouraged to purchase the promoted items. In addition, certain actions may be recommended to the users based on the scheduled dates, times, and activities and associated information.
