Abstract: A light fixture allowing a user to tighten a single tightener to simultaneously restrict movement around a first axis and a second orthogonal axis. The light fixture includes a joint housing coupled between an anchor and a light housing assembly, the anchor has a first protrusion rotatably coupled to the joint housing along a first axis, the light housing assembly has a second protrusion rotatably coupled to the joint housing along a second axis, a clamp arm inside the joint housing that has a first end clamp and a second end clamp, and a tightening member is operably coupled to the clamp arm through the joint housing allowing tightening of the tightening member to apply pressure from the first end clamp to the first protrusion and simultaneously apply pressure from the second end clamp to the second protrusion, thereby limiting rotation in both the first and second axes.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an optical module. The optical module includes a light guide plate and a decorative layer. The light guide plate includes at least one light-entering inclined surface, a first light-emitting inclined surface adjacent to the light-entering inclined surface and a second light-emitting inclined surface opposite to the first light-emitting inclined surface. Abstract: A lighting system or luminaire can comprise two environmentally sealed housings. One of the housings can house one or more light emitting diodes. The other housing can house a driver for supplying electricity to the light emitting diode or diodes. The housings can be nested together. For example, one of the housings can extend partially into a cavity of the other housing. A portion of the cavity can remain unfilled when the housings are nested, to provide an air gap between the two housings. The air gap can be environmentally exposed, for example exposed to moisture when the lighting system is mounted outdoors.

Abstract: The invention relates to an arrangement (100) comprising a lighting system (110) and a target object (120), wherein the lighting system (110) is arranged to illuminate a target surface of the target object (120) with a primary light output (111) and with a secondary light output (112). Each of these light outputs has an illumination spectrum representing a color. The two illumination spectra are different, but the two colors are substantially the same. The target surface has a first target surface area and a second target surface area. When the first and second target surface areas are illuminated with the primary light output (111), they have a contrast that is lower than when they are illuminated with the secondary light output (112). The arrangement of the invention can be used for atmosphere creation or for attracting attention to the target object (120).
