The object may be removably affixed to the connecting component or permanently affixed to the connecting component.
Abstract: A holder includes an elongated base having a first end, a second end and a fastening strap extending from the first end of the base to the second end of the base. The fastening strap extends around a device. A first accessory securement loop is disposed around the base for receiving a first accessory therein.
Abstract: A plaster frame assembly includes a base plate that has a base wall and a plurality of side walls that extend substantially perpendicular to the base wall from a perimeter of the base wall. The base wall includes at least one regressed pad that has a plurality of perforations. The plurality of perforations receive one or more securing fasteners therethrough to secure or fasten the base plate to the ceiling. Furthermore, the base wall includes one or more sealing features that provide an air-tight sealing for a recessed housing can received through and retained in a can receiving opening formed in the base wall. The one or more sealing features include multiple collar sections that define a groove for receiving a sealing member, and one or more sealing tabs disposed between the multiple collar sections and configured to seal one or more adjustment apertures of the recessed housing can.

Abstract: Disclosed is a cable guard device configured to be driven into ground near a transition point on an edge line delineating a yard area from a hardscape. Embodiments of the cable guard device comprise at least one stake portion, a cable guard channel configured to receive a cable, and a cable guard extension. When the cable is received through the cable guard channel and the at least one stake portion is driven into ground near the transition point on the edge line delineating the yard area from the hardscape, the cable channel guard protects from damage a first portion of the cable over the yard area and the cable guard extension protects from damage a second portion of the cable over the hardscape.
Abstract: A bracket for an on-vehicle camera includes: a camera fixing portion to which the on-vehicle camera is fixed; at least one vehicle-mount fixing portion provided integrally with the camera fixing portion and configured to be fixed to a vehicle body; and at least one weak portion arranged at a position at which the camera fixing portion is separable from the at least one vehicle-mount fixing portion by breakage of the at least one weak portion, the at least one weak portion being breakable more easily than another part of the bracket.
Abstract: Suspension system structures and methods are provided. A system as disclosed allows for rotation of a supported object in two axes, with very little translational movement of the supported object. The system can include a base mounting structure that is joined to an intermediate or connecting structure by a first set of flexure blades. The connecting structure is in turn joined to a supported element structure by a second set of flexure blades. The first set of flexure blades can include four blades that intersect along a line that is coincident with an X axis of rotation, and the second set of flexure blades can include four blades that intersect along a line that is coincident with the Y axis of rotation. The components of the suspension system can comprise a monolithic structure that is formed from a single piece of material.
Abstract: An anchoring device for supporting a post from a support surface. The anchoring device comprises a base, at least one stanchion extending from the base, and a plate attached to the stanchion opposite the base. A plurality of side supports is included with each side support attached to and extending from the base. The side supports are also attached to the plate and extend past the plate. First and second guides are included with each guide attached to the plate and each side support. Each guide extends away from the base.
